We have an Irreplaceable Location with Direct Ocean Views from the back unit. Only 1 Block Off Ocean. The only area separating The BACK COTTAGE accross the street and the Ocean is the Beautiful Santa Barbara Park!

The Back unit is fully furnished with two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 60” HD TV's w/ Blue Ray DVD, Wireless Internet access, as well as off-street parking. The property is recently renovated and the interiors are professionally decorated to provide our guests with the ultimate in style and comfort. The cottage offers views to Cabrillo Park and the ocean. We have two stroller-joggers, beach chairs and towels, pack-n-plays and some beach toys. This cottage is a true getaway that has it all. Very nice place to stay

Property was as described, very nice location and easy walk to beach. Town was very close by but you might want to drive instead of walking into town. Parking in town was easy to find and restaurants were excellent There was a small grocery store within 50 yards of the house which was very convenient, as property had all the amenities, including a very clean gas grill and lovey patio to relax after a long day of sight seeing. We would stay there again

Nice East Beach Cottage

We enjoyed our mother-daughter weekend at the cottage. The location is quiet and only a short walk to the beach. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. The private back patio was a nice amenity.

awesome location - walk to the beach, the market, restaurants and more. backyard with a view to the ocean was perfect. loved having the parking spot right outside the door of the cottage. beds were comfy and the place was nice & quiet for a good night sleep after adventures during the day

Great Stay
