Your vacation relaxation begins as soon as you experience the beachy, casual decor of this fully updated condo and its unobstructed view of the gulf. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Grand Caribbean is located across the street from the public beach access, giving you a beach view from the balcony of this two bedroom/two bathroom unit on the second floor.

The kitchen features all appliances and is fully stocked with everything you may need. If you are staying in, dining options include four chairs at the dining table, or the small table and chairs on the balcony. If you don't want to cook, great restaurants are close by in both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

The living room furniture includes two side chairs and a super-comfy sofa sleeper. If you need a break from the beach and all the other activities the area has to offer, the living room features a 42" flat screen TV with DVD player.

The master bedroom offers a king sized bed and a 32" flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also a great deck with beautiful views.

The unit also has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Free wireless internet access is provided.
For entertainment, Adventure Island is just down the road. Take the beach express to visit OWA with it's many dining options and specialty shops. For the avid shopper, Tanger Outlet is a few short miles from OWA. Don't leave without taking a ride on the ferris wheel at The Wharf.

The Grand Caribbean features a great pool, and pool deck with covered area and pool-side bathrooms. An outdoor grilling/ picnic area is also available.

Excellent vacations

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Condo stay

Overall we were happy with the condo. Location to the beach and restaurants was awesome! Communication with the property manager was minimal. We told them the freezer was leaking and did not get a response.

It was really old and not clean when we arrived. Daughter wanted to sleep on pull out couch the first night but no extra sheets. The dishwasher was broken and had to wash dishes by hand. It was in a good area with a lot around but the rental was really old and needs updating and find a new cleaning crew bc they are no good. Property Manager was easy to talk to when needed help and easy to get a hold of and got things done fast when needed.

It was a good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. The access to the beach was awesome right across the street from the property. The pool area was nice except when the rats came out and ruined our pool time other than that the stay was great.

The refrigerator leaked into the lower part of the refrigerator causing the food to stick to the shelving. When reported nothing was done to correct the situation. Also, the washer and dryer were ancient. When I washed a load of white clothes, there was significant damage to some of the clothes to the point they had to be discarded. Again, upon reporting to the manager no action to fix machine or replace the clothing. Multiple texts were sent with pictures of damaged clothes.The clothes were stained beyond use.
