The guarded beach is just steps away! Walk off the patio and onto the beach.
This oversized luxury unit features two master suites both with walk out decks and cable TV. Well maintained with many upgrades including newer flooring and bathrooms. All of the amenities such as central air, wifi, a large paved patio with umbrella & table, lounge chairs in addition to 3 beachfront decks and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ice maker & garbage disposal. There is a large stainless grill, private outdoor shower, garage and washer/dryer.

Lots of beach views!

A short walk to 63rd Street brings you to a large playground, tennis courts, skate park, and many restaurants and retail outlets such as Acme, CVS, pizza, arcade, a liquor store & bar.

This is a side-by-side duplex. The ground floor of this home has an entryway and garage access via the entry way. Outside, there is a private enclosed shower with hot water, the washer and dryer are in the garage area. There is a fully fenced patio with a grill, dining table and chairs, access to the beach, foot wash and lounge chairs. There is also access to the front decks via the patio.

Up one flight of stairs from the entryway are 3 of the 4 bedrooms (a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, a bedroom with 2 twin beds and TV, a master en-suite bedroom with TV and sliding glass doors leading to covered deck with chairs. Also on this floor is a hall bath with shower and tub.

The next level is the main open concept living floor with kitchen, powder room, large dining table, 2 sofas, 2 large stuffed leather chairs and access to a deck with dining table. On the top floor is the second master bedroom with access to a private deck and spectacular views!

While tenants are responsible for cleaning the unit (sweeping, wiping, emptying trash, etc, unless choosing the additional cleaning fee of $250), we hire a service between each tenant who will ensure that the house is cleaned and disinfected for every guest.

We enjoyed a wonderful week in sea isle. The views and space this townhome exceeded our expectations. Only negative would be the queen beds were very uncomfortable. Hoping for new mattresses by next year and we will be repeat guests happily!

Great location! Our family enjoyed everything about the trip except for the lack of air conditioning in the bunk bed room. If we had known we could have brought a fan. We will definitely stay here again.

Need some cooking items. Griddle, better pots. Turned eggs brown. Location perfect. Concerned that the living sliding door was broken when we arrived. So we were never able to secure the house when we went out. Rest of the doors were secured. Over all stay was good.

If you need any advice on things to do for grown-ups, kids, families, golfers, bikers, foodies or fisherman, please ask! We had been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for generations and bought this home for its easy access to activities, restaurants and retail, while being in a less crowded, more family-friendly end of town than downtown. Our home is the perfect spot for families; a quick walk to everything from take-out to fine dining, convenience stores to surf shops, basketball to playgrounds.

We have continuously renovated and updated this home. You will find it meticulously maintained and well-equipped. The open layout with multiple decks with sun or shaded to enjoy the views plus a private fenced in patio with guarded beach access steps away is the perfect place to bring your family together.

What makes this property unique

You can't get closer to the beach! Beach access is out the front patio gate (other beachfronts require walking out the back door, a few houses down to beach access) This home is extra large so ten people have plenty of space.
