The house is cozy ideal for those seeking tranquility and comfort. With an area of 180m² and 2 floors, the house has a complete infrastructure for your family: swimming pool, masonry barbecue, 40 inch LED 'TV, SKY cable TV, Wireless Fiber Optic Internet, stove, microwave, fridge , freezer, bar, bed and bath linen, kitchenware and garage.
The house is in a condominium of two fully independent houses, with independent and exclusive pools, which can be rented individually or, for a larger number of guests, together.
The house is well ventilated, duplex and has 4 air-conditioned rooms Split (3 suites because 1 shares the bathroom and closet), 3 with balcony on the 1st. floor and the other air-conditioned Split suite downstairs, living room, open plan kitchen, balcony, 1 half bathroom and a shower room downstairs. All this just 800 meters from the warm water beach all year round and the aquatic complex, close to restaurants, pharmacy, grocery store.

With sun all year round, B. beach Park is the best and most frequented beach in Fortaleza.

A nossa estadia foi muito boa, pois procurávamos um local calmo e tranquilo para nos reunirmos. em família. A anfitriã Ferdineide, é hospitaleira e nos recebeu calorosamente, nos deixando muito a vontade, se colocando a disposição para qualquer necessidade. e eventualidade. Passamos dias inesquecíveis juntos. O local é muito agradável e acolhedor ficando a uns 30 minutos da capital, além de ter um custo beneficio bom para o que almejávamos. Recomendamos e com certeza poderemos retornar em outra oportunidade. Valeu.

Ótima opção em Porto das Dunas

A casa é muito bem localizada, próxima à praia e ao Beach Park. Tem bastante espaço e consegue acomodar bem uma família. Ferlineide é uma anfitriã muito cordial e prestativa. Responde prontamente às demandas e faz questão de agradar os inquilinos.

Atendeu ao propósito esperado

Queríamos uma casa onde pudéssemos receber os amigos e família que mora Fortaleza. Curtimos bastante a area piscina da piscina e churrasqueira. Todos os dias o rapaz passava para limpar a piscina. Também adoramos a recomendação da Ge, que deu suporte na cozinha e limpeza diária. Meus pais e sogros sentiram alguma dificuldade de locomoção em relação aos degraus e escada, pois a casa está localizado em um terreno com relevo. Tivemos um problema com o chuveiro e os anfitriões rapidamente resolveram. Comunicação excelente Só temos a agradecer a Ferlineide e Henrique pela hospedagem.

Excelente estadia

A casa fica em Aquiraz-CE, cerca de 25 minutos de Fortaleza. Há 10 minutos, a pé, do Beach Park e da praia. Próximo tem mercado, posto de combustível, farmácia completa e vários restaurantes. Fomos em um grupo de 10 pessoas, sendo 2 crianças. A casa acomodou todos muito bem. Cozinha com todos os utensílios necessários, a área de lazer é ótima, da pra todos se divertirem. Além do Beaxh Park existem outras barracas mais distantes, na Prainha, que servem comidas deliciosas, além de passeios de Buggy e uma lagoa bem quentinha. A cidade eu muito tranquila. Ferlineide nos decepcionou e esteve à disposição durante toda a estadia nós apoiando. Voltaria com toda certeza.
