The flat was designed by a leading British architect. Its sleek design is minimal yet comfortable and easily sleeps two. It has a comfortable large bed in a wood-panelled room that is fully enclosed, like a ship's captain's bed, private and spacious and with lots of light. There is ample space for hanging clothes. There is great WIFI, a galley kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, iron and kettle, and a great view. Downstairs there are a number of shops, restaurants, cafes and boutiques. It's a two-minute walk to the tube, there is also a choice of four buses that go to the West End, Oxford Street (15-minutes by tube), Knightsbridge and Hampstead, Putney, the Science museum, Victoria and Albert, and Natural History museum, along with Harrods. Harvey Nichols. There is also a taxi stand and 'Boris' bikes nearby. The area is leafy and it's a couple of minutes walk to the canals that give the area - Little Venice - its name. It is close to the London Business School, Lords Cricket Ground, and around the corner from The Colonnade Hotel (where you can get great coffee in the morning!) where Alan Turning, the father of computer science, was born and where Sigmund Freud lived for a few months. The Heathrow Express is one tube stop or a short taxi ride away. The flat has a shower, good WiFi and everything you might need. It's also quiet, but central.

Why Heidi Kingstone chose Little Venice
I fell in love with this flat the moment I walked in. I loved the way the architect had designed the studio, her brilliant use of space, it's bright and airy and modern.

Quiet 4th floor walk-up flat near Warwick Ave. Tube stop
We were very happy with how quiet this location is at night, yet it is conveniently located. Kitchen has all you need to "eat in". Nice coffee shop with pastries across the street. Tree-lined neighborhood streets and canals surround the property. The bed was comfortable.
Lovely to host. Fkat is on the third floor, not fourth!
Very nice flat great location we very much at home
Lovely flat, enough space for two and very close to the tube. Loved the coffee shop across the street
Pleasure to host Gene!
Great location with a nice variety of shops right outside the door. The place is quiet and clean
It was great.
Charming and Well Located
This lovely, if somewhat dated, little flat was ideal for our week-long stay in London. We found it to be as advertised on the site. The historic neighborhood in which it is situated is simply charming and is very convenient to public transportation. It is less than a minute walk to the Warwick Avenue tube station on the Bakerloo line, making getting about London simple and easy. The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, and right next to the quaint "Little Venice" canal area of Westminster. We recommend you take the time, as we did, for a walk along the canal at dusk. You won't regret it. There are an abundance of little pubs, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance from the flat. Be advised, however, that this building does NOT have a lift ("elevator"), and the flat is on what Americans would know as the "third floor" of the building. So, you need to be prepared to climb the 52 stairs to the 3rd floor landing. Insomuch as you only haul your luggage up once, and down once, we found it was not too daunting of a task. Other than that, the Wifi worked well, and the flat was simple, clean and quiet. The accommodations were as we expected, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We would return in the future, and would wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
Very nice studio in a quiet street. Beau studio dans une rue calme. Allez-y les yeux fermés!!
Studio near warwick avenue tube station (2min), so you have a total and easy access to London. Little Venice is very close, Notting Hilll to.
The studio is very clean and good equiped ( WIFI, dish washer....) I recommanded it if you want to go to London.
You actually never have to leave the area! Right outside the flat are four restaurants - Italian, Lebanese, French, and Japanese. There is a great pub with a restaurant called the Prince Alfred, and The Colonnade Hotel is right nearby. It serves great coffee, a must for me, and is where the father of computer science, Alan Turing, was born. The Regents Canal gives Little Venice its name is less than a five-minute walk, and you can actually get across the city on using the paths. There are several great restaurants there as well - The Waterway for a cool and trendy vibe, The Summerhouse, which does make it feel like summer even in the rain. One of my favourites is Da Daniela's on Shirland Rd with superb Neapolitan pizza, fabulous pasta, and Daniela! Clifton Nurseries has a wonderful cafe, great for Sunday brunch. There are a few great boutiques in the area - Pipa's is ever popular with her great range of clothes and Paulie's on Clifton Road. The best cinema in the UK is on Sutherland Ave. While I realise this is a big claim to make, it's true. There are two small cinemas, showing great films, with comfortable armchairs and sofa seating, excellent burgers, fries and wine from Spielburger. It's a very special area, central, quiet, and quite unique. It's an area where the rich and famous live. It's near to the London Zoo, London Business School, Madame Tussauds, Hyde Park, the Serpentine Gallery, Kensington Gallery, Notting Hill, Bayswater, Marble Arch.
In May, there is a cavalcade on the canal,
