About this property

Thanks for considering my Surrey apartment!

Ive owned the property since 1998 however my career means that I now spend most of my time abroad and so I decided to start letting other people enjoy it!

The apartment is located in the beautiful riverside Surrey town of Walton-on-Thames and is conveniently located near central London and London Heathrow airport. It's the perfect place to stay to explore the Surrey countryside or central London without the noise and traffic of central London.

It has excellent transport links....

1) Heathrow Airport: 8 miles / 20 min drive / £40 taxi ride
2) Walton-on-Thames railway station (direct 25 minute train ride to London Waterloo): 0.3 miles / 5 minute walk

The apartment is loaded with all of the mod cons needed for a pleasent and comfortable stay including 265Mb wifi, cable TV, central heating and a washer and dryer!

Very comfortable

The unit is well set up with all kitchen needs available. Washing machine and dryer was very handy. We were very happy overall.

Great unit

Fabulous unit everything you need for short or long stay. Close to shops, restaurants, trains, buses. Owner very accessible and very nice. Highly recommend 😊

Quiet property for London

The property facilities overall were good. To be honest we were hardly there as we were out and about the majority of the time so we didn't use all of the facilities.

Almost like home

This is a great place. The location, the unit and the host are all great. There were some minor inconveniences like the lock box to get and return the key was very hard to open. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. We had to remove old wash cloths. There was no coffee or tea. We had to go out and get a lot of basics. Plus the iron was missing, and there was nowhere to hang coats, towels or bath robes. Luckily, there are shops all around, and the host is very responsive. As soon as the host was made aware he addressed things. We suspect that since this unit is so popular we just happened to arrive at a super busy transition time. We would most definitely stay again and have no problem recommending it.
