- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

Minimum age of primary renter:
The Falesia beach (blue flag rated) can be accessed in half an hour by foot, and by 15 minutes by car. A motorized train leaves The Old Village every 30 minutes to the beach.
Faro Airport is 25 minutes away by car. A car is not absolutely essential for Vilamoura itself, however it would be an advantage to golfers and those wishing to visit some of the surrounding areas. Transfers can be arranged from the airport to the apartment, and return.
Vilamoura marina is a 15 minute walk away.
Vilamoura tennis centre is a 10 minute walk away.
The nearby town of Quarteira has a daily fish market and a general market every Wednesday and is easily reached by bus or taxi. The inland town of Loule which is 15 minutes by car has a popular food market every Saturday morning.
Local amenities include Europe's largest marina, big game fishing, beach fishing, boat trips, swimming, scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, cycling, tennis, lawn bowls, horse riding, casino, night club, excellent restaurants, cafe's, bars, boutiques and shops.

I first visited The Old Village about 22 years ago, quite by accident. I fell in love with the quaint architecture and the beautiful gardens and returned for a couple of years before purchasing the apartment for its lovely view of the gardens and the added value of a balcony and roof terrace. I never tire of visiting and feeling totally relaxed.
