About linda
I bought this property when I moved to Spain. I lived there myself for a few years and really enjoyed my time there. It has the benefits of being very peaceful secluded and yet central to many places if you wish company. The area is typically Spanish. The villa is very homely and has a lovely feel about it, my whole family have stayed with and without me and all feel the same about villa. I have now moved further south and decided to let villa as a way of keeping it because I would hate to sell.

Why linda chose Mont-roig del Camp
Having lived in the area and loved it was what made me decide to buy. Typically Spanish not a tourist town very small. A very peaceful area but not to far from many livelier areas, easy access to motorway which 5mins away.
What makes this Villa unique
This villa is our pride and joy and we love it. It is so homely and warm. It was our home and is fully equipped as a home with everything you need from sky tv /internet /family games/dvds. Barbecue on balcony with seating area for alfresco dinning on them warm summer nights too lighted pool for those late night dips. This is heaven on earth

This course is for the more discerning golfer, so for those looking for a bit of fun there is a par 3 pitch and put nearby. Both have superb restaurants and facilities all of which can be pre-arranged before you arrive on your holiday by contacting the course of your choice.

- Notes on accommodation: A strikingly impressive villa set in well established gardens which creates a very private feel, ideal for those who want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The villa has ceiling fan's in living room and all the bedrooms we have extra table fans if needed, even on the hottest of day's it's still nice and cool. There is a selection of DVDs, book's and game's for children and adults to make you feel at home . You can also hire all baby equipment from our rep, saving you on your flights. Outside: The gardens are very well maintained with many trees, flowers and great plants, there's also a magnificent olive tree. The outside terrace has beautiful balistrading for safety, overlooking the pool. The terrace also has a large barbecue and preparation area, so you can enjoy al fresco dining, while soaking up the sun. For those who like to have their breakfast with a view the upper terrace is ideal. The pool is a fantastic size of 10m x 5m, with night lighting for that late night swim. Utility Room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are included for use in villa If you would like to hire pool/beach towels these can be hired 5.00 euros for 2 towel This is to be sorted and paid direct to representatives.Ideal if you have low luggage allowance Other: Outdoor eating area with table and chairs. Super Place with great pool,
Exactly as described on the listing. Really enjoyable time.
The pool had a shallow end and deep end making this perfect for my 8, 10 and 13 year old children. It was also very clean and the pool cleaner turned up to maintain the pool which was encouraging as to how clean it was kept.
The house itself was well kitted out. Kitchen was on the small side but this never posed a problem but a bit more space would have made it easier when we cooked for 5.
We had lots of room in each bedroom and the living room was comfortable.
The veranda was gorgeous. During the day it had shaded areas and on an evening gave us a great spot to eat our meals.
One warning. Take lots of anti-mosquito cream, buy lots of limonella candles and buy the plug-in repellents. The villa is next to a pine forest and you will get eaten alive.
Great Villa - Lovely Holiday
We have just returned from a wonderful 10 day holiday in this villa. Everything was excellent especially the privacy and quietness of the area. We felt both relaxed and safe and the garden was so secure the 4 kids were always close by. The pool was a fantastic distraction for everyone and the BBQ a source of several great family meals. Communicating with Linda beforehand was easy and quick and Marina was on hand to meet us when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this Villa and if we return to the area we would stay here again...brilliant!!!
Wonderful villa
The villa was exactly as described. Clean with everything you would need. It was in a quiet location but not far from Miami Platja, Cambrils and Salou. You would need a car. Reus and Tarragona were also within 20 - 25 mins drive. The pool was excellent and we spent most of our time in it. We were met on arrival at the villa and were made very welcome. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Linda.
A Real Luxury Home from Home!
What a beautiful Villa A real Home from home! Lind's comms were excellent Marina met us at the property with a lovely welcome pack. She and Rodney were ever helpful and their local Bar was great fun! Thanks for having us, will definitely be back again!
A Lovely Villa
This is a lovely private villa with a fantastic big deep pool (a bit chilly but refreshing). The villa is well equipped and in good order and was very clean on arrival. The WIFI was fast and able to cope with the kids streaming videos. Dining is outside only, next to a built in bbq, all under cover which we used a lot. You really need a car as the beach and shops are at least a mile away, but the village is quiet and very close to the main road so access to great beaches, great nights out (Cambrils), Port Aventura (20 mins) and Barcelona (80 mins) is fast and straight forward. If you have the choice with your preferred airline, Reus is the best airport for this villa.
Ideal for families, especially those with young teens.
A lovely well managed villa in a great location
Our first experience with this web site so we were a little apprehensive, but in fact all was brilliant. The contact with the owner is very good, she answers all queries and handles financial transactions very quickly and professionally. It's a spacious villa in very good condition with a nice shady garden in a quiet location just a few minutes drive to the town, beaches or the highway. The pool is lovely, and the house has a big covered terrace for mealtimes and for relaxing on. It's a very well managed place with a local property manager who speaks fluent English, and the garden and pool are maintained every week. In fact, there was a storm during our trip one night, the pool guy came the next day to check and clean the pool again, even though he had just been. The villa is well equipped, for example wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, and everything you need in the kitchen.
So, we really recommend this villa, you will not be disappointed. There are some beautiful beaches all around (we never went back to the same beach twice, as so many to choose from). It's 20 minutes on the free motorway from Port Aventura (tip: it's easy to find free parking on the roads around the park to avoid paying €10 a day, and to park just as near, just use google maps). Finally, some really nice places to visit inland, for example the town of Mont Blanc was very pleasant.
If or when we return to this area, we will book this villa again.

Special interest holidays:
The villa is only 20min drive from one of the best theme parks in Europe, Universal Port Adventura. The villa is ideal for those looking to discover the real Catalonia, as it has some fantastic surrounding small towns and villages which are both quaint and intriguing. The villa is very near to the great wine fields of Falset, and the truly unspoilt fishermans dream the river Ebro. There is a fantastic waterpark (aquapolis) which has waterslides for all ages. A daily dolphin show can be seen by visitors to the park /there is also a sea lion show daily all for the one entrance fee. The waterpark is in La Pineda which is about 25-30 minute drive from the villa.
Coast/Beach:
2km from the local town of Miami Playa. 3km from the blue flag beach, Playa Cristal, where even in the height of season you can find privacy and tranquility. There are restaurants and bars along the beach, ideal for when you might feel a little peckish. But if prefer something a little more "classy" then Cambrills is the place to be with a stunning beach, a magnificent port, exclusive shops and lots of restaurants, this certainly shouldn't be missed.
Travel:
Ryanair are very reasonable and fly into Reus, which is only 20 min drive from the villa. Easyjet fly to Barcelona, also reasonable and is just over a 1 hour from the villa. We would advise you to hire a car as it is so much to see and discover in Catalonia. The train station is a 10 min drive to L'Hospitalet station which can take you to Barcelona, Salou and many more places.
Distances:
20 min drive from Reus airport. Just over 1 hours drive from Barcelona airport. 25min drive from Salou. 30 min drive from Tarragona. 10 min from major train station which is cheap, efficient, clean and offers really good service to all destinations. Mini market and Bars walking distance from the villa.

The great advantage of the villa is its shear enchanting feel including the people, beaches, bars and restaurants. They are all unspoilt and unexposed. Once visiting our villa we are sure you will be either coming back in the near future or looking to buy your own.
