Notes
- Notes on accommodation: Accomodation has patio doors which open out onto the patio and garden area, with partial lake and mountain views. For low season use the property has full central heating and an open log fire. Outside: Patio and private garden area with sun loungers, table and chairs. Use of shared pool, tennis court and boules pitch, all free of charge to our clients. Allocated parking space close to apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels, bed linen, weekly cleaning and gas/electricity are all included in our price, (not the norm in Italy beware!). Linens are changed and apartment is cleaned weekly.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.

The lake and mountain area provides numerous outdoor activities in addition to historic sightseeing. Nearby mountain walks to 2300m are possible with spectacular views of Alps and lakes.
Monza F1 Grand Prix September, 50 minutes drive.
Coast/Beach:
The Lakeside in Menaggio has a promenade, Lido and shingle beach areas.
Travel:
Nearest Italian Airport is Milan, which has 3, Linate, Malpensa and Bergamo each approx 1½-hour by car. Lugano airport, Switzerland 35 mins by car. Use of Car recommended but not essential. The area is well serviced by public transport, buses, ferries and trains.
Easyjet and BA fly to Milan Malpensa which is nearest of the 3 airports.
Distances:
Local town, Menaggio, can be reached on foot 20 mins down, 40 mins up. Nearby restaurants 5-10 mins walk.
