• Notes on accommodation: Our villa is fully air-conditioning and also has celing fans in the lounge and bedrooms. It is suitable for children as we have a removable safety fence around the pool and a pool alarm. We have baby gates, baby monitors, a cot, highchair, buggy and various other baby equiptment there for your use. We can provide you with Wi Fi Internet access. We have NBC Sports Network so you do not have to miss those important Premiership football matches. Outside: Our villa is built on a corner unit which meant we have a huge plot of open land at the back. This enabled us to have the pool area extended out from the house giving more room around the pool. We have plenty of sun loungers 2 tables, 10 chairs and an umbrella. The location of our private heated pool means that you have sun all day long! But our lanai offers plenty of shade. We have a automated heated Spa and various children's pool toys. There is also a childrens playground, tennis courts and a shared swimming pool in the Hamlets. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Our property is cleaned after every guests stay. There are plenty of towels and extra linen for your use. This is all washed after every stay. We can provide a Breakfast pack which will consist of the essentails tea, coffee, juice, cereal and milk. Other: Children's play room with TV, Playstation 3 & games, children's table and chairs, bean bags for sitting, toys for all ages, dolls, superheros, books, jigsaws, action man, Barbie soft toys for babies, plus many Disney toys. There is also a baby monitor.
