About this property

Our villa enjoys its own private pool set in a large secluded tiled garden which has been planted with indigenous plants of the Canary Islands. There are 4 comfortable adjustable sun-loungers to enable you to relax and enjoy the Canarian all year round sunshine. A large 6 seater table on the terrace enables you to enjoy eating and sipping sangria al fresco with the benefit of parasols when it's just too hot! A purpose built stone barbecue means you never have to leave the glorious sunshine even to cook. The large comfortable airy lounge/dining room benefits from 2 sofas a coffee table and a large dining table. A sideboard with storage and TV is all you need to relax. The kitchen has a good range of fitted cupboards, granite work surfaces and comes complete with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and electric hob, microwave oven and breakfast bar. The villa has a TV. A safe has been added for your convenience and peace of mind.
Large bedroom with king size bed and plenty of storage space. The smaller room has twin beds and ample storage too.
A covered outside utility area has a washing machine and drying facilities.
Welcome packs can be provided upon request.
Airport transfers can be arranged door to door for €40 each way.

The pool is cleaned weekly. The bedding and towels are also changed weekly. Both have keys.Access is required but guests do not need to stay in.

Earlier/later checkin/out can be arranged if arriving guests time schedule allows. This will incur a £50 extra cost.

Vacances entre amis

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances dans ce logement, très agréable avec sa piscine et son barbecue. Bien situé à 10 min du centre de Collarejo et à 15 min des belles plages de Dunes. Je recommande !

Vacaciones arruinadas

Al llegar nos encontramos con una casa bastante sucia, con mal olor, colchones que se hundían de viejos en los que no podías ni moverte, camas y sillones oliendo a polvo, piscina sucia, armarios con cosas de otros huéspedes, cortinas y paredes con moho...de todo menos lujo como pone el anuncio. Es una villa que está bastante descuidada y que no sirve ni para animales. Al día siguiente tuvimos que buscarnos la vida para alquilar otra cosa y salir de ahí ya que mi hija tiene problemas serios de alergia y tengo un bebé de 6 meses. El propietario nos dijo que nos enviaría a la señora de la limpieza la cual nos dijo que nos fuéramos a otro sitio porque ella no podía hacer nada por nosotros. Al final perdimos dinero y tiempo de nuestras vacaciones porque encima no se dignó ni a devolvernos todo nuestro dinero solo una pequeña parte que aún no hemos recibido...si no quieren ver sus vacaciones arruinadas como las nuestras, no alquilen esta villa. Lo hemos pasado muy muy mal.

Nettes, kleines Haus

Gemütlich eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt, toller kleiner Pool im Garten. Die Umgebung leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und viele Gebäude stehen leer und verfallen. Mietwagen unbedingt erforderlich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, sehr zu empfehlen.

Gemütlich eingerichtet, freundlicher Besitzer/Vermieter

Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete Villa. Im Februar war es an einigen Tagen ohne Sonne im Haus kalt. Auf unsere Bitte wurde vom Besitzer Herrn Whitehead sofort veranlasst, dass wir einen Heizlüfter bekamen. Wir waren insgesamt mit dem 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt zufrieden.

No fue lo esperado

Decepcionados con la estancia. Hemos estado toda la semana sin tv, que era un servicio que se ofrecía. Lo justo hubiera sido prevenirlo antes de la llegada. No había antena e intentaron paliar el problema mandando al chico que se encargaba de la piscina en lugar de un técnico, pero no soluciono el problema.
