Barn Parc Cottage is a charming Grade II listed traditional stone and slate cottage which is situated in the popular village of St Mabyn within easy reach on North Cornwall’s famous visitor attractions. The cottage has recently been upgraded with a new kitchen and refurbished conservatory. Sleeping up to 6 persons in 3 double bedrooms with private enclosed gardens to the rear, Barn Parc Cottage is ideal for families with young children, golfers, walkers, water sport enthusiasts and anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. We have updated our cleaning procedures to make the cottage as safe as possible for guests and staff. We have also prepared some guest guidelines which are available to view. Please note that prices for the weeks of 13th and 20th July and the 3rd August have been reduced.

Quintessential Cornwall cottage

everything we were hoping for in a great location. Very quiet village with good pub and friendly locals. The cottage is well equipped as a base for exploring Cornwall.

Ew Year holiday

We were a party of 3 adults (1over 80) and a dog. The cottage was warm, cosy and well looked after. The home is very well equipped for a stay, comfy beds and well equipped kitchen.

Summer in St Mabyn

We have spend 14 wonderful days in this very clean and comfortable cottage. Chris has helped out with lots of useful information in advance. The house had everything we needed as a family of five. St Mabyn has been the perfect starting point for lovely day trips to the coast or other Cornwall sights. We enjoyed several meals at the St Mabyn Inn which was the best pub we've been to during our whole trip.

Barn Parc

Yet again an amazing stay in this beautiful cottage, a perfect home from home and ideal location for exploring Cornwall. Beautiful quaint village with a little shop that sells all you need along with a great village pub that does fantastic food which is also dog friendly. Will be staying here again next year for sure.
