This Mas de provence is just refurbished en redecorated with new kitchen and new bathrooms. This beautiful Provencal style villa is located only minutes from the excitement of the Cote D’Azur glamour and the beaches of St Raphael -Cannes. The villa has a large fenced garden and a very large private swimming pool that can also be heated - but not in winter, and is also fenced for child-safety. The villa is also in walking distance from the free residential tennis court. It is located in the close proximity of the perfume city of Grasse, the beach resort of St Raphael and the two Dave Thomas designed Terre Blanch 18-hole championship golf courses providing some of the best year round play.

A very nice house with a great pool

We really enjoyed Ivan's house. The garden is huge, and the pool very large. The water temperature was totally fine in late May (it may be a bit cold if its not sunny for a few days). Without a doubt, this was the best pool we ever had at a holiday house! The house has everything you need, including a dish washer and a washing machine. The garden is fully fences, so great for dogs. There is a pizza truck coming twice a week, but there are no restaurants around, so you need a car. However, the kitchen is really great and fully equipped. The house is well located for trips, around 30 minutes to Grasse, 1hr to Nice, less to Cannes. And there are many beautiful villages around. The housekeeper didn't speak English but with Google translator it worked out.

Nous avons fait un séjour à 5 Maison adaptée mais quelques travaux d entretien seraient à faire... Dommage que la.piscine soit trop fraîche.... Emplacement calme et pas trop loin de la côte.

Nearby the villa is everything you need for a fantastic holiday : shops, lake, recreation, restaurants, gold, tennis, etc. In 30 minutes you are at the coast where you can enjoy evening markets, beaches and all the activities of the Cote d'Azure.
