About this property

Bright and modern 2 storey villa. The beautiful family beach and centre of luz, offering a variety of shops, chic bars and varied restaurants is only a stroll away. The pool, with optional heating, is situated in its own grounds overlooking the sea and has a patio area with ample sun loungers and luxury furniture for outside dining and relaxing. There is also a lawned area in the garden and a pretty lawned area with tennis courts in front of the villa. Within minutes of boavista golf course. Luz is a family resort with something for everyone, you can relax in one of the english style pubs such as the bull, enjoy a cocktail at Clive's or soak up the atmosphere at one of the many beachfront bars and restaurants. A variety of local and english food is served in most bars and restaurants, seafood is plentiful and there are chinese, indian and italian restaurants all close by. Alternatively, the villa is completely equipped for those that prefer to stay home and relax with fully equiped kitchen, BBQ & UK TV. Ideal all year location, very warm & sunny most of the year, sunny days & cooler evenings in winter when the local bars become a cosy haven before returning to the cosy log burning fire in the Villa.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A RING DOORBELL CAMERA SITUATED AT THE FRONT DOOR FOR SECURITY PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CAPTURE ANYWHERE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY OR ANY OF THE POOL AREA WHATSOEVER

POOL HEATING is chargeable at £150 per week, minimum 3 days notice (payable in advance)

Schöne Villa toller Urlaub

Es war für uns ein toller Urlaub in dieser Villa. Der Kontakt zum Inhaber und zur Verwaltung vor Ort war super. Die Villa hat einen wirklich beidruckenden Meerblick. Der Pool war sauber und für die Kinder mehr als ausreichend. Ein Plus waren die vielen aufblasbaren Pooltiere. Das hat den Kindern richtig Spass gemacht. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem zum schlafen. Alle Zimmer sind mit TV ausgestattet. Die Küche war ok. Wir haben eine neue Pfanne da gelassen und zwei scharfe Obstmesser. Die Messer vor Ort waren leider allesamt stumpf und die Pfannen nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Hier könnte man mit wenig Geld Abhilfe schaffen. Das ist aber auch wirklich der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten alles Top. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Parfait

Maison conforme à la description. Très propre et bien équipée. Ayant lu des commentaires assez critiques les propriétaires ont complètement amélioré les choses. En plus Praia di Luz est un village délicieux à l'écart des foules touristiques. A recommander.

The house was amazing but weak cleaning maintenance

The house was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. Very confortable beds. Although it was kind of unconfortable in the first day because of weak cleaning maintenance. We spent the whole first afternoon cleaning because it was too noticeable the stay of the previous hosts. I would maybe recomend you hiring a cleaning company, or at least someone else to help the staff team.

Mucha tranquilidad

La casa muy correcta, la única pega, por ponerle una, es que había restos de comida de otra gente, y creo que con el covid deberían de mirarlo más y no dejar nada ( patatas fritas empezadas, salsas, cervezas...) Que en otras circunstancias no hubiera estado mal, pero ahora.... La piscina perfecta, igual que el resto de la casa.

We fell in love with Praia da Luz on our first visit. It reminds us of a Cornish Village with its friendly community, it's beautiful beach and it's variety of little bar's and restaurant's.
Everything is within walking distance of the Villa and you have the best of both world's, you can go out and enjoy the local hospitality or you can choose to stay home and enjoy all the home comforts that our Villa has to offer.
Praia da Luz is the perfect holiday destination for all ages and offers a great base to explore further towns along the coast.

What makes this property unique

Our Villa has been luxuriously furnished, it has been used as a second family home since we purchased it and has only recently been offered for rent. We have taken great care to ensure that it has everything that you might need and we are confident that it offers a real home from home holiday (with the added benefit of Sunshine)!
