Villas Pinara and Xanthos are 2 new villas built in a traditional Turkish style with stone cladding under a slate roof. The villas are set on the far side of the Kas Peninsular within 7 minutes drive of the centre of the beautiful town of Kas. The villas are cleaned twice a week and there is a gardener and pool attendant who visits twice a day...............................................................
My name is Costa Sanson and I live near Tunbridge Wells in the UK with my wife Rose, our 2 children Alexandra and Christopher and our 3 cats. I am half Greek but have spent more time in Turkey than Greece so it must be good there! Rose and I love the area around Kas and it always gives us a great sense of achievement if we can help guests with their holiday.
Costa Sanson purchased this villa in 2004
We purchased land on the Kas Peninsular in 2004, built both Villas Xanthos and Pinara and started renting in 2006. On the one hand we loved peaceful tranquility of the peninsular with it's spectacular views but then on the other hand Kas, with it lively bars and restaurants is only 7 minutes drive away. So, you have the best of both worlds! Also, the bus service into town is so simple and cheap that it's not necessary to hire a car if you prefer not to drive. There are so many wonderful things to do both sporty & cultural: diving, sailing, snorkeling, swimming, paragliding, white water rafting, jeep safaris & a new Marina will encourage even more water sports. There is an abundance of Roman and Lycian ruins, beautiful flowers to be seen, especially off season in April and May
The villas are very close to Kas so shopping there is easy as there are several supermarkets. There is also a superb Friday Market in Kas which is brilliant for vegetable, meat, fruit etc. The villas both have spectacular westerly views so apart from sun all day, you are guaranteed to see a wonderful sunset every night. We also have beautiful gardens with many exotic flowers and plants.
We enjoyed a one week stay at Villa Xanthos and wish we had stayed longer.
Beautiful villa with a lovely interior. Newly decorated with stylish features make it a luxurious stay. Infinity pool was perfect with comfortable sun loungers. Two dining tables outside, one in the sun and one in the shade, which was really handy.
Ramazan the caretaker, was very obliging. He brought us bread every morning and fixed anything straight away if we needed it.
Great location, 10 minutes from Kas centre. We hired a car but caught the dolmus (local bus service) from outside the villa every evening so we could have a drink. Great service and very cheap.
We will definitely be returning and suggesting it to friends.
Thanks Costa for letting us stay!
The house is so beautiful and comfortable, not to mention the breathtaking views out every window. Even in the winter, we basked in the sun, took long walks, had lovely breakfast outside and enjoyed the comforts of the wood stove in the evening. The communication, service, and quality of the owner and his local staff were excellent. Definitely recommend this villa over others, and we've stayed in quite a few in Kas over the years.
Absolutely fantastic villa. We love it so much we will be returning this year for the seventh time. What better review can you give! Accurate descriptions given. Villa kept very clean with the cleaners visiting twice a week. Great customer service from Costa. We would definitely recommend Villa Xanthos and Pinara and have done to our friends and family. The town of Kas has everything we are looking for in a holiday - great reasonably priced restaurants and some amazing jewellery shops! Can't wait til September.
We stayed here for 14 nts and loved it,great location with fantastic features, everything you want from a holiday is here.
Costa is brilliant to deal with and made it so easy for us.
In fact we are already booking again for another week of relaxing sun
If you like upmarket amenities coupled with genuine customer care ,then this is the place to book.
Kas itself is only a short distance away and has fantastic restaurants and bars with a very cosmopolitan atmosphere and is exceptional value for money
I guarantee you will love it
Best villa we have used in the med, this coupled with the location and atmosphere makes it perfect
