• wheelchair accessibleThe interior of the Villa is on one level with no steps inside. There is one step down out of the Villa to the pool area which is again mainly flat. There is one step down out of the front door and then one step up to get to the drive which gives access via a ramp to the street and paths outside. It is then a short flat walk to the beach. There is a roof terrace with an outside staircase.

• The villa is air conditioned which is reversible to heating in winter. Please No Smoking in or near the villa interior. The details and description of the Villa and its contents could change at any time without notice, eg if something gets broken or stolen or changed etc. Pool Area : The pool tiles are grade 3 slip resistant and have a slightly rough surface therefore they are difficult to keep aesthetically pristine. But please take care around the pool as it can still be slippery especially when wet. Outside: The grounds to the villa are secured with an electronic gate. Once inside, there is a private pool with an outside hot and cold shower. There is an excellent bar and barbecue area next to the decking area. There is a large outside teak table with chairs. Located around the pool are 8 sunbeds. Pick your own lemons from our Lemon Trees to add to your Gin and Tonic . Also Orange and Tangerine trees. (When in season). Please note - the electronic gate after it has closed sometimes needs to be manually pushed to engage the final lock. The Villa is protected by Closed Circuit TV. Please bring your own beach towels.
