The three bed house consists of one double room en-suite, one twin room and one single room, The living room is bright and airy with leather couches and a 42inch Flat Screen TV. The Kitchen/Dining area comes fully stocked and makes these homes very attractive to groups or families. Fully equipped ,centrally heated with electric heating/ showers. The master bedroom is ensuite and there is a shower and toilet downstairs. All towels and linens all provided.The spacious bedrooms and ensuite master bedroom will provide you with a home away from home. We the owners take pride in looking after our holiday homes and strive to provide you with a high standard of holiday home in a most scenic and central location. You will find lots of restaurants, pubs, shopping and leisure activities both adjacent to site and close by all within a few minutes drive or walk. Our homes are very spacious with floor areas between 1000-1200 sq ft.The homes are surrounded by green areas where young children can play in safety. Situated on the famous Muckross Rd, just one mile from the town of Killarney, you won't find a better located holiday home. Booking with us, you can rest assured that we run a very well managed complex and this is the only route to book if you want the security of on site management We are just across the road from the famous Lakes of Killarney and a five minute walk into the Killarney National Park where you can visit Muckross House and Gardens.

Our fantastically located holiday homes are perfect for your family or group holiday vacation.These recently renovated spacious holiday units will provide you with all you need for a quality self catering family break.Sleeping five to seven people if required, you will find Muckross an ideal base from which to explore the numerous attractions both Killarney and the Kerry region has to offer. Security Deposit: A security deposit of 200 Euros is payable to cover damage in the event of any repairs or replacement of contents being required. This deposit is fully refundable upon inspection of the home if left in its original state.

Electricity and Heating: Electricity is payable locally and based on ESB rates upon check out. A meter reading is taken before you arrive and upon check out to determine the cost.

Convenient to most tourist attractions

Five older adults stayed in this apartment and found it to be very convenient for most of the major tourist attractions in the Killarney area. It's just a few miles to Muckross House and is a good starting point to the Ring of Kerry or Dingle. The apartment is two story and was very clean. I would advise that visitors have a private auto at their disposal since the city of Killarney is about 1 mile from the accommodations. There is a lovely hotel next door to the rental property that has a nice restaurant. We would recommend this apartment to anyone.
