Situated once again in Killarney's Holiday Village, house type B is a four bedroom home sleeping up to seven people in comfort.Consisting of one master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, two triple rooms with a double and a single bed in each and one room with one double bed. The master bedroom is ensuite and there is a full bathroom with bath and shower upstairs. This bright and spacious house offers any family or group all the comforts of home being fully stocked with all linens and towels provided. Our homes are very spacious with floor areas between 1000-1200 sq ft.The homes are surrounded by green areas where young children can play in safety. Situated on the famous Muckross Rd, just one mile from the town of Killarney, you won't find a better located holiday home. Booking with us, you can rest assured that we run a very well managed complex and this is the only route to book if you want the security of on site management We are just across the road from the famous Lakes of Killarney and a five minute walk into the Killarney National Park where you can visit Muckross House and Gardens.

Security Deposit: A security deposit of 200 Euros is payable to cover damage in the event of any repairs or replacement of contents being required. This deposit is fully refundable upon inspection of the home if left in its original state.

Electricity and Heating: Electricity is payable locally and based on ESB rates upon check out. A meter reading is taken before you arrive and upon check out to determine the cost.

Excellent base for family visit to Killarney

This development is in a great spot if you are visiting Killarney with your family. It's very central and near all the main attractions, we rarely had to take the car out which was a great advantage. The houses are more than adequate and a great size for six of us, everything was spotlessly clean and modern, and very warm and comfortable. All in all, great value for what was on offer, we will be returning.
