It is furnished and equipped to a high standard with marble flooring and air conditioning throughout. This villa offers a spacious modern environment for both outdoor and indoor living; the roof terrace, balconies and extensive patio and pool area are perfect for private relaxation. The location is quiet and yet only a 10 minute downhill walk or a 3 minute drive to the many restaurants, shops and facilities of Kalkan. Perfect family accommodation and an ideal base for exploring Kalkan and the surrounding area. There is an excellent villa manual which has details about the area including suggestions for day trips and recommended restaurants.

Lovely villa in beautiful Kalkan

Lovely villa great communication with the owners from the beginning. Villa is exceptionally clean and tidy the location is perfect close to the market and a 15 min downhill walk to town defo a taxi back. The best asset for us was the outdoor space, the pool was a delight so clean and refreshing on hot sunny days. There was plenty of space in the sun and umbrellas for shade. It was perfect we have had a fabulous holiday in beautiful Kalkan

New to vrbo and turkey

Had a fabulous holiday in kalkan staying at Villa Limon Agiçi. It was exactly what I needed. Breakfast on the balcony, sat around the pool soaking up the sun during the day, walks into town in the evening. Villa is lovely and as described. Transfers and keys are made simple by the hosts. All in all we had a great time and are considering a return visit next year. Thank you from the Pinders.

Beautiful well equipped villa

The villa was all we hoped it would be, very clean and well equipped with an amazing terrace, pool and view. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything required, there were comfortable sunbeds and enough parasols for all. The upkeep of the villa, including the pool and garden is really well maintained, we really couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast items and water left for us on arrival was brilliant as we arrived very late at night so it meant we had supplies for the morning. The location of the villa is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the beautiful town of Kalkan, where we ate out every night, and made use of the very plentiful taxis to take us back up ! We would highly recommend this villa for a fantastic stay in Kalkan.
