Air conditioning in all bedrooms, satellite television, a private (heated) pool (14m x 5m), closed circuit tv and set in secure surroundings, are just a few of the features that our Villa boasts. The Villa is situated in a residential area in the hills above Cannes in an area called Super Cannes. It has wonderful views of the surrounding hills and mountains and yet is only 5 minutes drive to the sea. Note: Only 7 nights or more stays are accepted during August.

Great pool, great view

The best aspect of this villa is the pool. It is great for a family holiday. Villa is convenient for sightseeing Cote d'Azur. Our granddaughter learned to swim and we enjoyed our stay here.

Great home

This house was a great choice. The pool is awesome. Sleeping at night with the air conditioning was heavenly. Nice kitchen, Sonos system worked perfectly. Would highly recommend and would book again when we return.

Perfect Holiday

Well what can we say, the house was fantastic. The pool was fab, lovely sunbed cushions and the quick dry towels were a great touch. The kitchen was easily the most equipped by miles. The views exceeded expectations, the location was perfect, 10ins to Canne, 17min to Antibe, 20min from Nice, 5 min from.Golf Juan beach!! Leigh maintained contact to make sure we were all happy, before, during and after our visit. Our youngest was 3 years and we felt that he was totally safe during our stay, a great place for families. Theres so much I haven't mentioned, you won't be disappointed. Also the gardeners do an amazing job, it was pristine. See you next year Leigh!!

Magnificent Home with Everything in Prime Location

Leigh’s home is immaculate. There is every convenience carefully thought out within the home and it was all very comfortable and clean. Her checkin and home instructions were very thorough. Our family enjoyed the pool everyday, strong WiFi and technological conveniences in the home. The location was perfect to explore all the neighboring towns from hilltop to beaches, we were so very pleased to have stayed here!

My name's Leigh, I've owned "Villa La Caraibe" with my family since 2000, before that we rented villas all over the South of France for our summer holidays. We decided to buy a place of our own after a lot of disappointed rentals! Our place is home from home with all you could possibly want, a well equipped kitchen, four great sized bedrooms with up to date linen (nothing from the 1970's!), three bathrooms and a huge pool with "walk in steps" . Its in a great location with fantastic views of The Alps. The villa is amazing and our guest book comments show it.
