Luxury 3 bedroomed villa furnished to an extremely high and comfortable standard. spacious open plan dining/living area with two sofas (one a sofa bed) and armchair, fully air conditioned with double patio doors leading to the rear patio area. Dining area comprises of a large dining table which seats eight people. Internet TV showing all UK programmes as well as Sky Sports/Movies/BT sports and many other international channels to chose from. Fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer. Downstairs cloakroom with toilet/wash basin

Master bedroom- fully air conditioned, as well as ceiling fans as an alternative king size bed with ample wardrobe space and dressing table/mirror. En-suite bathroom with enclosed shower area, toilet/wash basin. Sliding doors leading to balcony with stunning mountain views.

We have a private pool set within a beautifully landscaped garden, featuring palm trees, fruit trees, patio areas to the front and rear of our villa and BBQ.

Our villa is situated in a very peaceful, idyllic location, boasting a secluded garden with plenty of space to relax in the sun all day but also shaded areas for those who are not total sun lovers. Situated on the exclusive golf resort of Secret Valley, our villa is an ideal location for all year round golfing holidays, with three additional courses within close proximity. There is also a full set of Ping clubs available for use during your stay. It also provides an ideal base for family holidays as our villa is equipped for small children, with a selection of toys/games and a bar football table. A high chair and travel cot available on request.

Our villa is close to many attractions, within 5 minutes drive you will discover two children's play areas, crazy golf, horse riding, Tennis courts, spa, sauna, gym, a hair salon and a good selection of restaurant's offering various dishes from around the world. Just fifteen minutes drive are the go-carts, a water park and within Paphos main town an incredible selection of bars/restaurant's catering for all tastes as well as a lively nightclub scene.

To experience the local Cypriot culture there are many traditional villages within easy reach where you will find a good choice of taverna's .which are perfect for dining outside on a warm evening. They all offer local dishes as well as a few home favourites which are very reasonably priced and you can expect a warm welcome from them all.

About Steve Self

My wife and I live in Trowbridge, Wiltshire together with our two boys, having moved to the West Country over 20 years ago from Surrey. We plan one day to live in Cyprus for at least half of the year as we both love the outdoor life and the climate there suits us down to the ground!

Why Steve Self chose Paphos & Suburbs

We bought our villa off plan in 2004 and it was completed in February 2007. We specifically chose our plot as it has fantastic panoramic veiws of the valley and mountains and across to the fairways of Aphrodite Hills Golf Course.

It is a very peaceful and relaxing location and the fact we are not overlooked at all adds to the beauty of it. We love this area as the locals are very friendly and despite being in a peaceful location we are close to the main Paphos area if we want the hustle and bustle or alternativly we can drop into a local villlage to sample real Cypriot life, all in all the best of both worlds!

What makes this villa unique

Quite simply the views, and the peace and quiet. It gives us the chance to get away from it all and completely unwind. Yet we are close enough to the bars and restaurants in Paphos should we want a lively night!

Good quality villa close to airport 15 mins but not directly under flight path. Pool, gardens and property well maintained. The villa is private and quiet and not overlooked on a low density open development. We had a very relaxing week and would certainly come back. The weather was perfect and it certainly extended our summer!

Notes on accommodation: The villa is equipped with air-conditioning throughout and this can be used to provide heating through the cooler months. In addition all bedrooms have fan/lights and guests may find these prefferable to use rather than the air-con. For safety reasons smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but is acceptable outside. Outside: Our villa is situated in a very private and peaceful location with stunning mountain views, set in a beautifully landscaped garden with fruit trees and palm trees. Our private pool measures 8m x 4m, and is situated to the side of our villa and benefits from sunshine all day. There is a large patio at the rear with a purpose built BBQ with outside dining for 6 or more people. There is also an alternative patio area at the front of our villa, perfect for that end of the day drink whilst watching the sun go down.The villa has its own private drive and can accomodate at least two cars. Bed linen and towels including beach and pool are provided, Our property managers live locally and can assist you during your stay and can provide a mid stay clean if required. Dining room has glass table and can seat 8 people. Patio doors which lead to the outside eating area has views of the valley, mountains and golf resort

Pissouri Bay is a sandy beach and is 15 minutes away by car. Another sandy beach can be found at Coral Bay which is 25 mins by car. This area also has an excellent selection of restaurants and bars. Only a few minutes drive will get you to a local pebble beach and a visit to Aphrodites Rock takes less than 10 minutes by car.


Paphos Airport is only 15 minutes drive. Larnaca Airport is a 75 minute drive. We recommend that hiring a car is essential to get the most out of your holiday and to see all the island has to offer.


Kouklia is the nearest village and is a 5 minute drive. It has a small supermarket and bars. Pissouri is 15 mins away and boasts a charming village square with a variety of tavernas as well as the relaxing bay area. Paphos Town centre is 25 minutes drive and the water park is 15mins drive. The Troudos mountains offers winter skiing and summer walking and cycling and is 50km by car.

Booking Notes:
To confirm a booking, a £200 per week deposit is payable within 7 days. Balance due 8 weeks before departure date. Cancellation Refunds: Up to 4 weeks 50% refunded, less than 4 weeks no refund. Security Deposit: £100 is required per booking for breakages/damage. This will be returned to you no later than 14 days after your return, subject to a report from our property managers.

Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible to accommodate guests needs.
