Historic 6,000 Sq. Ft. Former Hotel now Private Residence

Situated just off of I-15 in Beaverhead County, this recently refurbished Hotel / Lodge is available for full home rental. Hotel contains 6 guest rooms on the upper floor. Each guest room has its own bathroom and heater/AC unit. Each of the room is theme oriented as per the pictures attached. Lower level contains an incredible ready to use full bar area circa 1890 with a Beverage cooler, Ice machine, and Stand-up wine cooler. Attached lobby sitting room / library, a party - game room behind the bar. Also on the main level is a dining hall suitable for large parties or one huge table for family style dining. The downstairs kitchen is amazing that was put together by an actual trained chef who used to operate the property. One Stainless steel upright freezers, one huge upright refrigerator, 4 Burner Garland Stove with Griddle, Charbroiler / grilling station, Salamander, awesome cook and hold oven, etc. There is a municipal airport within walking distance. This property is in central Beaverhead County with easy access to Clark Canyon Reservoir, Big Sheep Creek, Centennial Valley, Lima Peaks, and walking distance to the Red Rock River and Sage Creek. Easy day trips across the Centennial Valley to West Yellowstone and the many great fishing lakes between the two. 200 Yards to the Mercantile / Fuel Station and also a local restaurant. 7 miles north of the town of Lima. Tremendous hunting and fishing opportunities within minutes of the property in every direction with easy and quick access to the interstate. There is a live-in caretaker in an apartment at this facility. Bring a few or up to 14 guests and enjoy the place.

50th Anniversary Celebration
The StockYard Inn was great ! We came from WA, TX, WY, IA, NV, VA , UT and MT. Many Montana Relatives asked why Dell? Well, After seeing this place they understood. This is the perfect place for large gatherings and family get togethers . Guy was very accommodating and allowed extended family to set up their campers and 5th wheels . Everything we could possibly need was available. The kitchen was a dream to cook in for our large party. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. This entire family had the best time! We will spread the word about this place! Thanks Guy!

Honestly we could not have found a more perfect place for the 9 of us to stay in the area.
This place exceeded all expectations. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries we had leading into our stay. We really enjoyed hanging out in the the bar. Making meals and cleaning up was made easy with the commercial kitchen set up. Can't wait till next year.

I have been traveling to this area for many years during Hunting and Fishing seasons. Love the area and the people and really believe that I found a gem in this facility.

Why they chose this property

Having stayed in this and other hotels in the area, along with staying at friends in the area, I felt at home in this building and at home in both the towns of Lima and Dell. Its just far enough away from bigger towns, and just close enough to be able to get there and get what you need that is not available locally.

What makes this property unique

Easy access to the back roads and entrance to the Centennial Valley and Big Sheep Creek area all the way to the Idaho border.
