A lovely spacious apartment on the 3rd floor of a 4-storey block (lift access), with two twin bedrooms, one with sea-view balcony, air-conditioned bedrooms and living area for cool summer nights & warm winter evenings.

Bright, spacious living & dining room leads onto the main apartment balcony with garden, pool and sea views.

Newly refurbished spacious bathroom and also additional shower room, newly fitted kitchen with separate eating area, dishwasher, utility room washing machine and drying facilities.

Full size 25m pool with separate children's pool set in manicured gardens. The pool is open all year round. A qualified lifeguard on duty from June to mid-September.

Just outside the complex can be found the bars, restaurants, shops & 5 mins to the large commercial centre El Zoco and 5 mins walk to beach this apartment is ideal for those who like everything close by yet staying in a quiet complex.

The complex also has secure resident’s car parking, parking is any available space is permitted. For overflow parking the surrounding streets are free to park on. A car however is not essential due to the excellent apartment location.

Apartment location : Only 30 mins door-to-door from Malaga airport this spacious, newly refurbished apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday yet it is close to all amenities in the town of Calahonda and approx. 10 kms from the bigger tourist towns of both Fuengirola and Marbella.

Set in manicured gardens comprising a full size 25m pool along with separate kids pool the gardens also have shaded areas under trees for those long hot summer days.

Amenities Close By: Just a 2-3 minute walk from a range of restaurants and bars in the residential town of Calahonda the apartment is ideally located for all your holiday needs and does not require use of a car.

Major supermarket, banks and the beach are located 7-8 minutes walk away. And not to be missed is the beautiful little marina of Cabopino just a walk on the beach away.

Sights by Car: For guests with a car Calahonda is located in the middle of the Costa del Golf with 30-40 golf courses are located within a 45 minute radius.

The historic hill town of Mijas (20km) has breathtaking views of the coast, with Fuengirola and Marbella (c.10km) great spots for beach, shopping and nightlife. A local bus service also serves these towns and more.

Bright and quiet apartment
A great place to stay, good selection of places to eat outside the complex on the strip or further down the hill and supermarkets a short walk away. Lovely pool area and a very spacious apartment. Fiona the host is very responsive to messages. The second shower is in a utility type area off the kitchen and we were disappointed this was not mentioned in the description or shown in the photos as not a typical set up in our experience. Balconies now have air conditioning units on them so no space for the seating on the bedroom balcony as shown in the photos, still a nice pool view with doors open though. Neither spoilt our holiday but would have been nice to be aware! We also experienced an issue with returning the keys to the owner in Ireland(not London as some outdated info said),they did not arrive within 2 weeks of our return from the apartment although we posted them as soon as possible and this resulted in us being charged pending their receipt, just a hassle we didn't really need after a lovely holiday! Never had to return keys in this way before and will certainly try to avoid in future.

Lovely bright apartment in a peaceful setting
I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 8 days with my daughter and Dad. It is bright, sunny, immaculately presented and has everything and more that you need for a lovely holiday inlcluding air con. It has 2 good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin. It has a lovely kitchen though you won’t use it much due to all the restaurants in the area. The shower is better than any hotel i have stayed in. The apartment is set in a residential area, on the 3rd floor and has a great lift, it is peaceful and well maintained. The pool is wonderful, large and was never busy and has a small area for children. Fiona was an excellent owner, she provided all the information i needed and was very good at keeping in touch. The apartment is near bars, shops and restaurants and it is easy to get around and it is set back from the road, you don’t get any noise. There is a lovely balcony to sit on which overlooks the pool and sea. There are some lovely restaurants nearby and the beach is a 10 minute walk, i did this with my Dad who isn’t so great at walking, caught a taxi on the way back as it’s uphill. The El Zoco centre has some nice bars and restaurants and is only 10 minutes walk, there is even a small tapas bar at the gates which we used every day and found to be very good. I would really recommend staying here, it is very well positioned apartment and i am so pleased i came across it as i will definitely be returning as there is something for everyone, young and old. Thanks

Bel appartement et superbe piscine
L'appartement est bien situé, dans une jolie rue. La plage et un carrefour Market sont à 500 mètres à pieds ! Marbella, Málaga, Torremolinos, Banus, Estepona et les autres villes autour sont faciles d'accès avec la voie rapide ! L'appartement est spacieux avec tout ce qu'il faut ! Descendre les 3 étages en ascenseur et hop dans la grande piscine bien entretenue et le jardin aussi ! Et nous pouvons joindre Fiona très facilement, elle répond vite à nos messages. Merci Fiona

Why they chose this property

We purchased this property in order to have a place in the sun and this particular apartment because of its location and its very large & spacious size. The location is wonderful, located at the bottom of the sometimes hilly Calahonda, it's location means that we never have to hire a car, only if we choose to do so. We can walk to the supermarket, the nearby tapas bar for some tapas or a drink in the sunshine, 2 mins walk from a range of restaurants & bars and a 5 mins walk to the beach.

Also, I am a keen swimmer and it is the only apartment complex that I have ever seen that has a proper 25m swimming pool with a shallow end and a deep end, perfect for swimming lengths or relaxing by the steps or in the shallow end. It is also set in a manicured garden meaning that your relaxing by the pool is not over concrete but cooling grass.
