The apartment is in a perfect location with a large terrace overlooking the pool and the open sea views behind. Its right by the sea and a 10 minute walk to the largest sandy beach on Malta: Ghadira Bay. The development is an exclusive haven of tranquility ideal for a relaxing holiday. Facilities available nearby, include a full range of water sports: water skiing, sailing, wind surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving. The sandy beach is ideal for children with a long gradual decline. Other facilities nearby, include Popeye's Village (used in the filming of the movie) and horse riding. There are many restaurants, bars and shops in the nearby villages of Mellieha and Bugibba. This location was perfect for our family holiday. A week was not long enough!

This apartment was perfect for our needs. The view from our balcony was beautiful. The pool was an added bonus on warm days. We were close to bus stops and the 15€ weekly bus ticket took us to many destinations. The boat cruises left from nearby which was handy also. The apartment itself was very roomy and had all the facilities and appliances we needed. Wifi was quite strong and we had no issues with communication. We loved our time here and would love to return.

Spacious and clean appartment at a beautiful, centrally located location.

The appartment is really nice and spacious. Perfectly clean. It's located just outside Mellieha Beach (15 min. walk) which is perfect for a relaxed stay. Biggest plus is the view on the water and balcony which is quite large. We've had a wonderful stay and would definately book this accomodation again. A couple of things which we would like to see changed are: 1) insect screen doors + windows because you have mosquitos which are now coming into the appartment. They have a really nasty sting. Other appartments do have them, but this one doesn't. This is a great miss. The other thing is the lightning. I guess this is something South European, but the lights are really white when switched on. I prefer a more yellow light. That is more comfortable to be in. With this bright white light it's like to you are sitting in a car showroom. Not cosy at all.

Fabulous!

Lovely location in a quiet, secure complex. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The views were amazing from the balcony and the pool was lovely and never busy. Luna mini market was a short walk away as were the restaurants. The bus stop was also a short walk away making it easy to see the rest of the island. Would love to return!

Lovely location

Lovely location with the expected amenities. Short walk to a well stocked Luna mini mart and a great selection of restaurants. Buses made easy connections to Gozo and Valletta. Transfers with Adrian were great and Chris’s welcome and suggestions were the icing on the cake.

We are a British family living in Hampshire with 2 teenage children. My husband works for a computer software company and I work with horses. My husband was born in Malta, has a Maltese mother and spent every summer as a child holidaying in Malta with relatives.

As a family we spent most summers in Malta and then decided to invest in a holiday apartment in the island we could use and rent out the rest of the time.

Having sought advice from family, we decided to buy an apartment at Tas Sellum before they were completed, knowing the builder Tumas produces apartments to the highest standard of quality on the islands.

The north of Malta had always been my favourite part of the island to visit - the best beaches and so much more peaceful.
