This oceanfront beautiful six bedroom home is situated on Lord's Point, an exclusive enclave of 12 properties on a private waterfront peninsula in Kennebunk Beach just steps to the soft sand of Mother's Beach and KBIA. Fall is a particularly glorious time of year at the Cove House with crisp days, breathtaking sunsets and cozy fires in the field stone fireplace. This home is well equipped with a first floor King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, second floor with two queen bedrooms and two bedrooms with two twin beds. Two updated full bathrooms on second floor. The sub-floor features a King suite with full bath and sitting area with ocean views! The home has amities such as central air conditioning, gourmet kitchen, linens and bath towels. The Cove House is directly on the water so no cars can obstruct your views or solitude. Substantially renovated yet still retaining the charm of Maine, this is simply as good as it gets. The max parking at all times is two cars. Locally managed by KPT Luxury Properties.

Stunning Location in Kennebunk

We were so impressed with this house. It fit our family easily and allowed us room to gather and also spread out. It was beautiful morning, noon and night. Great location. Best sunsets we've seen in Maine!

Relaxing Oceanside Vacation

This Kennebunk property is the perfect relaxing vacation. The continuous sound of waves crashing and the quiet neighborhood made for a wonderful experience in Maine. We had 5 couples - 10 total, and had plenty of space and privacy. The outside deck space was amazing, and provided a post card view. I highly recommend this property–we loved it!

September on the Point

Wonderful stay -- we loved it. The dishwasher malfunction was a bit of a bummer as it mean we were handwashing everything for six days, but otherwise it was fantastic! Thanks go Jamie for being so accessible and helpful.

Lord’s Point House

The location is one of the best features . If you enjoy water views and watching the tide roll in and out this is the place . The only problem is parking . We had only one car so not an issue for us . You might get 2 vehicles if one is small . The charm here is you feel you are in a old cottage that has been updated for today’s lifestyle . We were a party of three couples so we each a bedroom and bath on three levels , wonderful for privacy . The top floor could easily accommodate two couples because there are two full baths and two queen bedrooms . Outside are two decks for ocean views with seating and a power operated canopy for sun protection . There is a large country style kitchen with great views like most rooms in the house . I highly recommend this property for a true Maine experience . We loved it and will return !
