An orchard was planted to provide us with a large variety of fresh fruits. Almonds, citrus, cherries, figs, plums, pomegranates & prickly pears. Made into homemade preserves etc. The gardens are always being extended.
In 2013 an outdoor pizza oven.

D and E Manuel purchased this guest house in 2004
We came across this beautiful unspoilt area of Puglia while on holiday in November 2002. Returning at times throughout the year to explore fully. Finding that the Monopoli countryside had so much to offer.
The location was very important to us as we like a countryside setting, stunning views of the land and sea, beautiful local beaches and towns.
Here we have found all these things, lovely green countryside with anceint olive trees, beautiful gently sloping farm land with trees, wild flowers and wildlife all year round.
We are within easy reach of many local towns, several airports, excellent train services from Monopoli and above all an all year round destination with plenty to do.
Our property is convenient for touring the region of Puglia as we are situated between two airports near to the coast, within a few minutes drive of many varieties of beach and towns.
Guests enjoy moments around the pool and in our extensive gardens and many picnic areas away from the crowds. Our pool is 14x7mtrs ideal for swimming or playing. It is surounded by a sunbathing terrace with plenty of luxury sunbeds. A very large grass area with hammocks and swing. For babies we provide a small pool in the shade with toys.
