About this property

This lovely chalet has recently been completely refurbished in a contemporary style with extensive use of natural materials. Accommodation is split over 3 floors each with stunning views down the Chamonix Valley. A sunny and spacious open plan living area forms the top floor of the chalet with large south facing balcony. Accommodation is in 4 separate bedrooms comfortably sleeping 8 adults or ideal for families. In the winter it is 5 mins walk to Charmillon Telecabine and possible to ski back to the door. In the summer, the chalet benefits from access to a shared tennis court and is surrounded by open grass land. The world famous walking of the Chamonix Valley starts from the door and Le Tour provides direct access to mountain biking trails.

Chalet Chocard

Très bel environnement Le chalet est très bien équipé pour les bébés mais il nécessiterait un grand ménage et une révision générale : robinets, évacuation, ampoules, patère, poignée de porte (wc de sol) Heureusement que la vallée de Chamonix est un site exceptionnel

El Chalet es tal como figura en las fotos, es ideal para ocho personas y que estén cómodas, tiene cuatro dormitorios tres con dos camas cada uno y uno con cama de matrimonio, el salón tiene tres sofás, mas bien pequeños que no es recomendable para que duerma nadie. El lugar es tranquilo y la panorámica desde el chalet superior.

Great location. Well equipped chalet.

The chalet is in a great location. It is well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and crockery and also a very good sized fridge and freezer. The welcome booklet is full of useful information. Our stay was very comfortable and with very unusual snow conditions we were fully informed at all times during our stay.

Lovely chalet in great location

We had a fantastic long weekend ski trip to Chamonix staying in Chalet Chocard. Very comfortable and well equipped, great location a short walk from the lift and even late in the season we were able to ski back to the chalet. We highly recommend!

We are a family of four who live in London, but we spend as much time in Chamonix as we can, enjoying the beautiful mountains all year round.

Why they chose this property

The views are stunning, and you can ski back to the door, which is unusual in this valley. We are only 15 minutes from the buzz of Chamonix but the house is in a very peaceful spot - in the winter sometimes you can see huskies pulling sledges from the front windows; in summer you can listen to the cow bells jangling from your bed in the morning.
