Apartment in Brighton,Centrally, just a Stone's Throw to Beach and Shops

The Delaney Apartment is comprised of a large open-plan lounge/diner, two bedrooms, one bathroom with WC and one shower room (en-suite from Bedroom 2). Wifi internet is free (use of two channels) and cable TV is provided by Virgin. The Delaney Apartment is on the first floor of one of the magnificent Regency buildings towards the end of the Old Steine. Views from the balcony are towards the sea from the left and towards the Royal Pavilion to the right. Local shopping and eating establishments are everywhere - you'll be spoiled for choice! Entertainment venues for all ages are right on the doorstep - from the famous Palace Pier and Sealife Centre to crazy golf and clubbing - there is something for everyone

Why Jo Harfield chose East Sussex

All my properties have unique historical value and are in the town centre near the pier and the shops. I wouldn't choose anything else. Why live in Brighton if you don't want to be near the sea?!

"The flat was in an excellent location for us since we were walking distance to the Lanes, Clock Tower, Trains, the sea, and bus stops (both National Express and Local). The owner was very quick in responding to inquiries and cared about our concerns. The flat was wireless, which was a great bonus for us and the bedrooms were located in the back where the street noise did not disturb us at all. Thank you Jo for having us!"

Notes on accommodation: Sorry but the Delaney Apartment is NOT suitable for rowdy groups or pets. Smokers are welcome providing smoking is outside in the covered balcony area where there is a table and chairs. Baby cot and high chair can be hired if needed at £10 each. On-street parking Zone C provided on first-come-first-served basis £10 per day. Check in 15:00; check out 10:00. Option to extend by two hours by purchasing a £30 bond. Outside: The Delaney has a private balcony for the entire width of the front of the building which is large enough to sit out on. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen are all included in your stay - like a hotel. Additional weekly maid visits for a light clean and linen/towel changes provided free of charge for stays over 9 days.

Wunderschönes Appartement, zentral gelegen

Wunderschönes Appartement mit seitlichem Meerblick. Direkter Blick und kurzer Weg zm Brighton Pier. Die Wohnung ist exellent eingerichtet.

Der Hausmeister wohnt direkt mit im Haus. (mir ist mal ein Schlüssel abgebrochen nd wurde sofort ersetzt) Mit der Verwalterin Jo konnten wir uns schnell in Verbindung setzen per WhatsApp.

In die Altstadt, Geschäften nd Pub`s sehr kurze Wege.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Toplage

Wir haben eine erholsame Woche in Brighton verbracht. Die Buchung und die Betreuung vor Ort haben wunderbar geklappt. Mit den Anwohnerparkausweisen gab es auch keine Probleme beim Parken. Die Nähe zum Pier und den umliegenden Geschäften ist einfach unschlagbar. Die Wohnung selber bietet alles, was man sich für einen angenehmen Urlaub wünscht.

Schönes Appartment, absolut zentral gelegen. Zum Wohlfühlen.

Nach vorne etwas lauter, aber die Schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten.

Gut eingerichtet

Parkplatz etwas schwieriger.
