The apartment is in a perfect location with a large terrace overlooking the pool and the open sea views behind. Its very close to the sea and a 10 minute walk to the largest sandy beach on Malta: Ghadira Bay. The development is an exclusive haven of tranquility ideal for a relaxing holiday. Facilities available nearby, include a full range of water sports: water skiing, wake boarding, sailing, wind surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving. The sandy beach is ideal for children with a long gradual decline. Other facilities nearby, include Popeye's Village (used in the filming of the movie) and horse riding. There are many restaurants, bars and shops in the nearby villages of Mellieha and Bugibba. Schöne Wohnung aber kein Luxus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Malta. Der Verwalter Chris Bellingan war jeder Zeit ansprechbar und half uns die ersten Tage gut zu Recht zukommen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet ausreichend Platz. Leider müssen wir auch kritisch über die Möbel, den defekten Kühlschrank und den Zustand der Bäder berichten. Alle Duscharmaturen waren undicht und defekt und die Toilettenbrillen sollten dringend getauscht werden! Die Küchengeräte (Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher) sind verschmutzt und sollten ebenfalls schnellstens ersetzt werden. An den Wänden im Flur gibt es schwarze Flecke die auf Schimmel hindeuten. Die Wohnung ist sehr abgewohnt und müsste dringend renoviert werden. Leider kann hier von luxuriös nicht mehr gesprochen werden.

Nice home!

Big house (actually, bigger than expected). Nice size bedrooms, bathrooms OK, but could be upgraded, large kitchen/living room, the fridge could be replaced, the patio is nice, swimming pool small. No toiletries offered so we ended up buying soap, shower gel, shampoo, etc. Overall the house was nice, and if you could ignore these small issues you should have a great time in Malta.

Great apartment 😁

This was a lovely apartment, very spacious,clean and very well equipt with all amenities, only down side was the very steep hills which were abit too much for my senior father. Restaurant were nearby10mins down to beach restaurants 20 mind up to main town area, champs food great 👍

Superbe séjour

Tout est prévu pour que vous passiez un superbe séjour. Nous sommes arrivés à l aéroport à 0h30, pas de problèmes, Mario est là pour nous accueillir et nous emmener à l appartement. L'appartement est situé dans une très jolie résidence équipée d une piscine. Il est spacieux (3 chambres avec salle de bain et accès sur le patio), très propre et bien équipé (tv, internet, lave-vaisselle, lave linge...). La terrasse est abritée, avec vue sur la piscine et vue sur mer un peu lointaine mais très jolie. Par contre, vous n êtes pas en ville. Prévoir une voiture (Josef Car Hire est venu nous chercher pour nous fournir une voiture, le top!). Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire, Mario ou Chris qui sont là pour répondre à toutes vos questions. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ! Juste PARFAIT ! Merci beaucoup !

We are a British family living in Hampshire with 2 teenage children. My husband works for a computer software company and I work with horses. My husband was born in Malta, has a Maltese mother and spent every summer as a child holidaying in Malta with relatives.

As a family we spent most summers in Malta and then decided to invest in a holiday apartment in the island we could use and rent out the rest of the time.

Having sought advice from family, we decided to buy an apartment at Tas Sellum before they were completed, knowing the builder Tumas produces apartments to the highest standard of quality on the islands.

The north of Malta had always been my favourite part of the island to visit - the best beaches and so much more peaceful.

Why they chose this property

Knowing Malta very well, we decided to buy an apartment in the north of the island in Mellieha. The sandy beach is by far the best on the island and is very child friendly and quieter than other parts of Malta.
