This delightfully attractive Duplex Apartment within a block of 5, has been beautifully furnished throughout and equipped to a very high self-catering standard. The Apartment enjoys views of the famous ’Carmelite’ Church overlooking the bay towards Valletta from its own private sun terrace, whilst enjoying a peaceful location just a short distance from the Harbour front.

The modern fully equipped kitchen/diner leads onto the sun terrace, furnished with table, chairs and sunloungers. Hours of sunshine can be enjoyed throughout the year….. or simply dine ‘al fresco’ and watch the amazing firework displays in an evening across the harbour during the festa celebrations.

Local bars and restaurants are just minutes away, serving tasty traditional dishes and local wines. The bus terminus in Sliema is just a 10 minute walk and provides a cheap and easy way to enjoy so many of the local attractions.

More enthusiastic shoppers can enjoy a visit to one of the newest and most fashionable Malls on the Island. 'The Point' located at 'Tigne' offers a variety of shops including designer, fashion and sportswear....all just within a short walking distance from the Apartment to the centre of Sliema.

Please be advised that from September 2022, construction work in the locality to the Apartment was no longer in progress. This was for a short term only and should not deter future Guests from visiting this ideal property and its perfect location.

Excellent!!

It was perfect for us and just what we wanted. Well situated for all the amenities in Sliema but far enough away to be peaceful. Hopefully we will return next year. Jill was the perfect host and communication was very easy. Definitely recommend this apartment

Fabulous apartment in beautiful Malta

We had a great week in this lovely, clean, quiet and well located apartment. Perfectly equipped with everything you might need. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Just perfect!

Very nice and clean property over 2 floors connected by a spiral staircase .If you suffer from vertigo do not rent as the landing and steps are perforated. The treats are not deep enough ,a big hazard when descending. Do not expect to see Valetta from the terrazsse. No proper lights to read in the living room , dining area or kitchen. No shade or umbrella on the terasse..

Toller Aufenthalt

Super schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, welche uns bereits im Vorfeld sämtliche Informationen zur Verfügung gestellt hat und bereits die Anreise somit so angenehm wie möglich gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen. Ruhig aber trotzdem zentral! Einziges kleines Manko an der Unterkunft ist, dass die Küche im oberen Teil der Wohnung liegt und leider keine Sonnen-Verschattung bietet. Eine Klimaanlage ist "nur" im Schlafzimmer vorhanden. Daher wird es in der Küche bei hohen Außentemperaturen unfassbar heiß. Da wir meist schon früh unterwegs waren, war es zum frühstücken allerdings unproblematisch und am Abend kann man es sich wunderbar auf der riesigen Terrasse mit Blick auf Valetta gemütlich machen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit.

Not as expected.

The initial website views from the apartment are misleading due to excessive new building around the property. We were disappointed that we were not informed of an active construction site to the rear of the property, and our expectation of four weeks rest & relaxation transpired into ceaseless noise & building dust for 6days of each week. The apartment is nice & well positioned for all local facilities. A good base for Sliema area.
