About this property

Located just footsteps from private Englewood Shores beach on beautiful Lewis Bay and one mile from Cape Cod's famous Seagull Beach! This newly renovated, newly furnished year round home sleeps a maximum of 12 people (8 privately).

Not only is it tastefully furnished throughout, the home also includes newly installed central air conditioning, new washer/dryer, outside shower, 2 flatscreen TVs with cable, wireless high speed internet, gas grill, slate patio with pergola, fire pit, loungers etc, for plenty of entertaining space. The kitchen is newly furnished with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and kitchen island, seating for 10, and includes all the necessary kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and optional grocery delivery service is available.

There are three bedrooms all newly furnished featuring a Master Suite with queen bed, dresser and private bath (2 headed, walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub). The second bedroom has a queen bed and under bed drawers, and the third bedroom is a bunk room with a bunk bed, trundle bed, twin bed and dresser. A second bath features granite counter, newly tiled floor and shower/bath.

The house comes equipped with beach chairs, toys & towels, etc. to enjoy! Detailed owner's book with area activities, dining, shopping, fishing, boating, museums, and excursions is left for you to plan and make the most of your vacation!!

Close to Beach in Nice Neighborhood

We were very comfortable in this lovely house. The location was excellent to visit Seagull Beach and the private beach on the bay. Furnished with everything needed in the kitchen and bath. The owners were gracious and accomodating. Looking forward to staying there again! Thank you so much!

Well kept

The property was very well kept. They have many things on site that we used such as a new Keurig and they even included some k-cups. They have some beach toys and bikes in the garage we could use. The grandkids loved the private beach and cried when we had to head home. We would definitely rent again.

Back yard to die for. All meals under arbor in backyard

We grew up going to this area. It is wonderful homecoming to return to old summer friends and the wonderful child, friendly beaches. We rented two cottages in close proximity.

Best. Neighborhood. For a cape cation

Love the proximity to seagull beach. Neighborhood is quiet and walkable. Teens had fun bike riding to the beach. Backyard is great for hosting a get together/cookout. Kids bunk room was great. The littles loved their ‘big boy beds’. Bedding was comfy in all the rooms. Kitchen was perfect size for family of 6. Amazing master bath! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We have always had our eyes set on owning our own Cape house and now have finally seized the opportunity and are looking forward to many years enjoying beautiful Cape Cod along with family and friends.

Why they chose this property

We purchased a home in West Yarmouth for its central location, easy access to cultural and shopping centers such as Hyannis and Chatham. Most of all, though, we love the protected waters of the private beach on Lewis Bay. (A grandmother close by anxious to do some babysitting for us didn't hurt either :) ).

What makes this property unique

While this home is a traditional Cape Beach house, the updates and upgrades give it modern comforts such as A/C and cable without losing the Cape charm. The private, protected beach is located just two blocks away allowing for multiple trips for swimming, sand and fun without the hassle of a long hike or car ride!
