Villa in Ciudad Quesada, Rojales, Costa Blanca - Peaceful Location with Golf Course and Water Park 10 min walk, 10 minute drive to Beach

This modern LOWER GROUND PART of the 3 bedroom villa is furnished to a very high standard which includes a living/dining area with 2 x 3 seater settees, English TV & a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer. A complimentary small welcome pack is provided for your arrival & there is also a cool box for trips to the Beach or nearby Waterpark.

The large family bathroom has a shower, bath, vanity unit & hair drier. There is also a 2nd separate shower room with vanity unit & both are supplied with towels for your stay.

The private walled garden has a large pool (8x4m) sun terrace with 6 sun loungers & a BBQ with dining area. There is also a roof top terrace with stunning views over the mountains & a covered furnished balcony.

The Master bedroom has air conditioning & a ceiling fan.

The other double bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan & also has a TV. The twin room has air conditioning & all rooms have built in wardrobes with generous hanging space.

There are board games & DVDs for the kids should they somehow get bored.

For people with young children there is a baby bouncer & a travel cot but you MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN BEDDING.

The house is suitable for both families & couples alike as parts of the villa & bedrooms can be locked off to accommodate smaller parties of 2-3 people with a reduction of £100 per stay but only in the high season To obtain the reduced rate parts of the house will locked off ie a bedroom & a bathroom & there must be no more than 3 guests. For 4 people & above there is no price reduction.

There may be other offers for smaller groups outwith peak season so Please ask for details.

The house is located in a very central area close to alot of amenities including numerous bars, restaurants,shops & supermarkets.

It has been the best most relaxing holiday we have ever had. I can find no fault with the house or the owners. They were all really helpful & did their best to make our stay very enjoyable as nothing was to much trouble for them.

Notes on accommodation: The villa is situated on a quiet residential road but is only 200 metres from good quality bars and restaurants. A few minutes more walking time will take you to the main entertainment area where there is an abundance of bars and restaurants to whet your appetite. (PLEASE NOTE) the villa has a STRICT NO SMOKING policy inside the house so any smokers are requested to use the ash trays outside & not to discard cigarette ends about the garden. All party sizes, ages of children and flight timings if known need be disclosed at the time of booking. EXCESSIVE ELECTRIC USAGE IS NOW CHARGED FOR.The meter is credited for your arrival & should be sufficient for your stay but 10€ Top up cards will be available if necessary. Payment for these must be left along with the Cleaners fee on departure. Outside: The private pool measures 8m x 4m & has walk in steps at the shallow end & is over 2m at the deep end. Charcoal & lighters are present for the BBQ & if used, please replace for the next guests. Please also remember to remove the burnt coals & clean all the grills before your departure. Cleaning / Towels / Linen This is a Self catering villa (NO maid service) Bedding & Towels are provided but bring any protective bedding items for young children. There is a CLEANING FEE of 80€ and this is payable directly to the cleaner on arrival depending on key pick up.

Short Break June 2017

4 of us had a short break at Tricia's villa 14th to 19th June. booking was very easy with Tricia keeping us in the loop and also allowing us to stay a little longer on our final day so we could make the most of our late evening flight. The Villa was fantastic really spacious rooms, everything was ready for our stay including plenty of towels bed linen etc, there was even some beer and wine in the fridge.

We had a visit to Los Alcazares beach while we were over and the cool box came in handy. Most of the time was spent round and in the pool - which is absolutely fantastic. There are plenty of sun loungers and shade under the terrace if the sun gets too much.

The villa is a short walk from lots of bars and restaurants - so loads of choice for evening drinks / meals. We Have been to Rojales / Benimar area before so knew what to expect. We had a car so ventured further away - the villa location is great for exploring the area with the beaches of Guadamar or bars and restaurants of Torrevieja just a few minutes drive away.

The villa is very well equipped and we had everything we needed for a great relaxing stay.

We would recommend to anyone and are already thinking of returning next year.

Loads of special memories made.....such a lovley villa....wicked swimming pool...

My son is autistic and the grounds of the villa is spacious. ....pool is lovley and since we've been coming to this villa my son has started to talk.....The villa has such a great vibe....and the owners are so helpful....so much to do or not...I love that fact....I've been twice now...and have booked for next year.....It is very quiet. ...and safe....local bars and shops walk away...water parks great....my kids love it...just as much as me.

Brilliant

Had a great time during my stay in this villa it was well presented and kept pool was decent size that our 9 and 5 year old boys couldnt get enough of villa had everything we could of wanted for our stay restaraunts and bars 10 min walk with waterpark only 15 min walk away would recomend hiring a car for daytrips with kids elche safari was 30 min drive but great cant wait for next year thanks for letting us your lovley villa eddie and trish would def be back

Special interest holidays:

Cyclists and sports enthusiasts will enjoy the area so please advise the owners if this is the case as provisions can be made to store any sporting equipment you may bring with you.

Coast/Beach:

The Blue Flag Beach in nearby Guardamar is only a 10 minute drive away & just a few miles more will take you to La Marina.

Both towns have an abundance of Spanish Tapas & International cuisine.

The locally caught fish in the seafood restaurants are excellent & not too pricey.

A 20 minute drive south will take you into Torrevieja (Torre) a bustling seaside town with its beautiful promenade, beach & quaint local shops & markets.

Travel:

Alicante airport is a 30mins drive North of the property & Murcia airport is 30 mins South.

Both airports have excellent Taxi & car hire facilities which can easily be booked online. Airport transfers can be arranged so please ask for details. Care hire can be booked locally (Rojales) & whilst not essential we recommend it to fully appreciate the surrounding area.

Distances:

The Old Spanish town of Rojales has a Thursday market & is a 10 min walk away.

Benijofar has a Tuesday market & is 15 mins.

They are open from 9 - 2pm and have lots of fresh grown produce, clothing and souvenirs.

The towns both have Banks, Pharmacies, Tobacconists and some lovely Tapas Bars.

The supermarkets, Consum, Aldi & Mercadona are a 10 minute walk into Rojales

There is a small local store where you can buy fresh bread, papers, phonecards etc just 5 minutes away.

Further Details:

In the main centre there are various shops, internet cafe, hairdressers etc & also numerous bars & restaurants.

For a great night out with excellent entertainment visit Chalmers which has very reasonably priced food, drinks & cocktails, they also have the best Sport Event viewing in the area.

The Chinese restaurants are all cheaply priced as is the Indian, Italian & Tapa's bar.

Try The Yellow Rose which specialises in Mexican cuisine but be prepared as the portions are huge (share your starters). We would also recommend that you pre book here as it is VERY popular.

Only a few hundred yards from the villa is an Italian, a Tapas Bar & for good old Pub Grub visit Chalmers who both have great food & entertainment in the evenings.

Just a 10 minute walk away is a large waterpark which has loads of flumes & water rides. The restaurant inside is not expensive & the food is very good.

There are regular local bus tours to Benidorm which is just over an hours drive away (10 euros return) where you can shop, go to the beach & market or visit the theme parks Terra Mitica, Terra Natura & Mundomar.

Booking Notes:
£200 deposit required immediately to confirm booking with the balance due 12 weeks before departure.
£300 security deposit is payable with the balance to cover any damage & is refunded after return of the keys and inspection of the property.
CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE & is 80€ payed directly to the cleaner.
Entry time is 4pm & must be vacated by 11am for cleaning but arrangements can be made to store luggage. A half or full day rental may be charged out with these times.
All guests including children & infants must be disclosed upon booking & MUST NOT EXCEED 6 people.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday but may be flexible. Villa check in time is after 4pm & check out is 11am.
Outwith these times are chargeable & may not always be possible if other guests are arriving. Times will also have to be organised with the cleaner so please supply flight timings as soon as possible.

Notes on prices:
Prices are per week in UK Pounds for 4-6 people for the LOWER GROUND part of the villa.
Smaller parties of 2-3 can be accommodated with half house rental at a lower rate.
Long let rental is only available in the Winter months Oct - March so please ask for details.
