Villa in Byala, Obzor Bay, Black Sea Coast, Bulgaria

This villa was constructed in 2006, and has its own private pool and jacuzzi. It has a sun terrace so you can enjoy the spectacular views over Obzor bay. The villa has satellite tv. You are only a short walk away from the centre of Byala and the quiet beaches. Byala has its own harbour. The town has had a lot of European Development money. There are new play parks and on old historic fort. There is a small vineyard in the town where you can sample the local wines. There is a lovely sandy beach and a number of bars restaurants cafes and mini markets so you have everything that you need on your door step. The cost of living in Byala is very low the prices in the bars and restaurants are almost half of that you will pay in Sunny Beach. Byala is a great place for a family vacation.

About Gary and Andrea

We purchased the Plot of land in Byala and have had the Villa's constructed, the works completing in 2006-7.

We have developed properties in the UK and this project was an unexpected sideline after having had a number of Ski holidays in Borovetz.

We chose Byala as it enjoyed fantastic views across the bay to Obzor. It is away from the main resorts and so is much more peaceful. The main resorts are only a short car journey away so you really do have the best of both worlds.

We have stayed in Byala on numerous occasions and it is a nice Village with all the amenities you will need.

Why Gary and Andrea chose Bulgaria

Byala was away from the bustle of the main resorts. It enjoys a stunning position overlooking the bay.

Byala is within easy reach of all the seaside resorts if you want to visit them.

The Village is clean convenient and much better priced than the usual tourist traps and all of the people we have met in the Village have been extremely friendly and welcoming.

There are a number of lovely sandy beaches in and around Byala as well as a small harbour. The beaches are a 15 minute walk from the property.


The Villa is situated between the main Airports of Varna (35 Miles) and Bourgas (45 Miles).


The villa is situated within the village of Byala and it is a short walk to the nearest village store where you can purchase your essential supplies. There are also numerous well priced cafes and bars in Byala.

If you are interested in reserving the villa please contact us direct to confirm availability. We will forward a simple booking form for you to sign and at that point will request that a 20% deposit be paid. Once paid the villa is reserved.

The balance of the holiday cost plus a £100 security deposit to be paid at least 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date.

Payment can by Cheque, PayPal (Charges may apply) or BACS direct to our account details, supplied on request.

Notes on prices:
Please note the prices include the cost of cleaning but do not include transfers which will be charged seperately by our local managing agents.

If you wish to rent the property for a longer period through the low season then please contact us to discuss rental rates.
