Villa Joanna has been beautifully renovated and furnished with every thought to provide luxurious, charming and spacious holiday accommodation of the highest standard. The villa is ideal for families with its three genourosly sized bedrooms and spacious living area. The villa is air conditioned and complete with all the home comforts to make your holiday experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible. There are overhead fans in all the bedrooms for the hot summer months.
We provide free WiFi (300MB) and UK TV channels. Smart TV, Netflix, and Prime
The villa is ideal for those who want to 'relax'. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the nearest bars and restaurants.
The villa is idea Ideal for those seeking comfort and tranquility. The villa is situated in a tranquil area of Matagorda. Ideal for those who want to come and relax. With its spacious lay out and bright decoration making it very popular with all our clients. The lounge/dining room area is open plan which looks out onto the terrace and pool area. The villa has its own private swimming pool which is heatind all year round to 26'C and a recently installed children play park area just off the swimming pool area for the younger generation. There is a barbecue and dining area for enjoying those lovely romantic dinners 'Alfresco'. There is also an outdoor pool table for those that like to play. The lounge area has a large plasma TV with satellite TV.( BBC-1,BBC2,ITV,Channel 4,etc) Fully air-conditioned in the hot summer months and heating if necessary in the winter months. The property is private and not overlooked. Parking is also available.

Beautiful holiday

Just wanted to say thank you so much for allowing me and my family to have the best holiday and spend quality time together, villa is stunning area is everything you need 6min drive from airport, top bar’s restaurants within walking distance, best indian and cocktails ive ever had, its the calmer area in comparison to further up but we loved that, lidl just near the airport perfect stop of before getting to villa to get the basics, hubby and son dont like the heat so the air con was fantastic for them while me and the girls took full glory of the sunbeds and pool, but all spent the evenings playing pool and chilling outside after evening walk along the beach looking forward to next time definitely rebooking

Simply great break

A beautifully presented villa. Excellent location. Very close to amenities. Villa is suitable for couples and family alike. Would certainly recommend this villa as you will be guaranteed a good holiday.

Awesome property.

Located just out of the way but everything was an easy 5 minute walk away. Parade of shops and resturants near by with large beaches with plenty of space to spread out. The villa itself was perfect. Sunshine in the pool all day, air conditioning in the villa and everything we needed as a family of 4. Would stay again.

Amazing place to stay. Totally recommend.

We were a group of six including our adult children and partners. The property seemed to have everything we needed and it didn’t disappoint. The booking procedure was really easy and the Villa was exactly as described. I communicated several times with host who was happy to answer questions. On arrival we were slightly early and we were greeted by Eduardo who was so pleasant. He showed us everything we’d need to know and we headed off to explore nearby. On our return the villa was spotless and beautifully presented with some water and basics provided. The Villa was well equipped including washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryers, beach towels and the outside pool area is great. The pool was a fab temperature and was cleaned whilst we were there. We really appreciated the air con too. The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area about 8 mins walk from the shops and bars and five mins from a taxi rank. The local shops and bars are enough to have a great night out (try Oceans cocktail bar if you’re a karaoke lover which suited my daughter immensely!) and have supermarkets with most things you’ll need. For a larger shop a 6 euro taxi ride will take you to puerto del carmen for mercadona and other large stores. You’ll also find playa chica there which is brill for snorkelling- shoals of fish galore. The beach near the villa is perfect for swimming and sunbathing though too. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and I’d thoroughly recommend it.

Relaxing stay

Wonderful villa, just as listed annd shown in photos. All the facilities you could need, lovely heated pool, close to restaurants and shops as well as the promenade and sea front. Close to airport, less than 10 minute taxi ride. Very relaxing stay and will definitely return.
