Welcome to our Florida Home-from-Home where you can leave your cares behind. Relax and unwind at Highlands Reserve - a lovely, tranquil golf resort where you can play golf, cycle, take relaxing walks or visit the many local attractions.
The villa is detached, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a beautiful private pool with feature fountains. Our villa is only a 10 minute stroll away from the local Publix supermarket, restaurants (Applebees, iHOP, ) etc. The villa benefits from a sunny deck and pool until sunset. There is a covered patio for dining outside; also chaise chairs for relaxation/sunbathing.
Convenient access is by keycode. Our manager lives close by on Highlands Reserve for added assurance; if our guests need any assistance (24hr). There is a security alarm system at the property in the interest of guest safety and a safe for valuables.

Highlands Reserve is a well established and safe community. Homes are built close to an 18-hole, par 72, beautifully maintained golf course, with clubhouse. There are also tennis courts and a community pool.

Highlands Reserve is super convenient for access to all major highways which lead to Disney, Universal, Seaworld and other popular attractions. Numerous restaurants and shops on Highway 192 are only a short drive away from Highlands Reserve.
The villa has light, spacious rooms with vaulted ceilings. It is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans. Lounge/dining room and separate family room which leads directly onto pool deck. Fully fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences. Full laundry facilities. Master bedroom with patio doors also leading directly onto pool deck. En-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. One double bedroom, one twin-bedded room and 2nd full-size bathroom.

Great House/Location/Host

We spent a month in Julia and Leightons home, and it was wonderful. The house was perfect and the pool was always refreshing without being freezing. Checking in was seamless with no issues whatsoever. The house was clean and starter supplies (garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels) were sufficient. The location was excellent with traffic being busy, but not "Disney" busy. I didnt hesitate to drive anywhere in the area. Grocery and resturants within 10-15 minutes walking distance. Julia was very responsive before and during our stay. Extremely easy to deal with. Overall, we would not hesitate to return. It was a wonderful month of rest and relaxation! Thank you Julia for making it so easy!

Lovely property

Everything you could need for a vacation home .. close enough to the parks but located on a quiet residential area Contact with the owner was easy and the property manager Tom lives locally and is very helpful and friendly if needed. All in all a great place to spend your vacation

Had a lovely holiday at Highlands Reserve with the property being perfect for our group. Location was ideal on a quiet residential estate and with lots of amenities in very close proximity. The property itself is very comfortable and is home from home after a busy day. We found the pool area very relaxing with plenty of seating/lounging and benefiting from the afternoon sun. All in all, a very enjoyable and relaxing property. Should also mention Julia, the owner, who answered all contact quickly and positively right throughout the process from booking to returning home.

Perfect villa!

We had a wonderful stay - the villa was perfect for us. After a day at the parks we made the most of the pool and the sunshine! The villa was very well equipped and was very close to the shops and restaurant. We would definitely recommend and would love to return soon. Thank you for letting us stay!
