Further shaded terrace accessed from bedrooms 1 and 2 and sun terrace on first floor. Spacious lounge with modern furniture. Two double and one twin bedrooms. Two bathrooms. Spacious patio area. Loungers for relaxing around pool. Three minutes walk to Lardos Village Square where you will find tavernas, bars, supermarket, bank, taxi rank and bus stop. Einfach abgewohnt

Auf den ersten Blick war das Haus toll. Die Nähe zum Zentrum, die Lage etwas oberhalb von Lardos und die Ruhe dort. Alles wie beschrieben. Bei näherer Betrachtung jedoch ein Reinfall. Das Licht beim Haus funktioniert nicht, somit jedesmal ein Reinfummeln des Schlüssels. Die Sauberkeit im Haus sehr oberflächlich. Gläser und Geschirr vor Gebrauch reinigen. Allerdings nur mit kaltem Wasser möglich, ebenso wie das Duschen. Das Warmwasser stank nach faulen Eiern, was auf eine bakterielle Verseuchung hinweist. Die Gastgeberin wusste allerdings nichts davon. Der Pool ganz nett aber nicht zum baden geeignet, da ein sehr hoher Chlorgehalt und der Wasserfilter nicht mehr arbeitete. Zuletzt noch, kein Wifi, was die Gastgeberin absichtlich verschweigt. Der Gesamtzustand des Hauses und der Gartenmöbel, abgewohnt. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Lovely property

Lovely clean property and very quiet and private poolside area. We had an issue with no water for one day but didn’t spoil our stay. Some general information about the surrounding area and places to visit would have been helpful but all the bars and restaurants had Wi-Fi and so friendly and great atmosphere - lovely vibe!

Lovely Family holiday

Just returned from a brilliant 2 weeks staying in this white house Villa, it has everything you could need for a relaxing time away, it was very well equipped, we had a few issues with the water but these were dealt with quickly by Julie and the management company. Property could benefit from Wi-Fi especially for the younger adults but not enough of an issue to stop me booking again. The village is lovely which is why we have returned 7 times now.

Julie and Jonathan live in Darwen, Lancashire.

We purchased the property in 2008 as we had been holidaying in Rhodes for many years and love the relaxed way of life, the beaches and the food.

Why they chose this property

We love Lardos because of the relaxed pace of life, the excellent tavernas and the many fantastic beaches in the local area.

What makes this property unique

We love the convenient location of the property - in a quiet area just 4-5 minutes walk from the village of Lardos.

The fact that we don't need to walk far for shops, tavernas and bars means we always have a very restful holiday. We can recommend many tavernas in Lardos and can also guide you to more more restaurants in Pefkos and Lindos should you fancy a change.

Altough there are plenty of beaches within a very short drive of the property, many days we find ourselves relaxing in the garden by the pool or on one of the first floor terraces.

If you do wish to explore the island then it is very easy to get around either by bus or hire car.
