Wunderbares Haus

Trotz einiger Anlaufschwierigkeiten das Haus zu finden, wobei wir aber Hilfe bekommen haben, haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Tolles Haus, alles wie beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Very comfortable Villa Amia

We have had realy good holidays in Peyia and enjoyed the clean and well equiped villa Amia with the warm pool and the nice seaview from the terrace. Everything was found working and in good condition. Weather in September was optimal for us with nearly constant 28°C and water 26°C in the pool and also at Aphrodite Beach/Latchi. Good dinner we have got at Phidias Tavern and Savas Grill. When planing the next holidays in Peyia villa Amia will be our favorit destination. Best regards from Hamburg Dietmar Quandt

Beautiful Villa

The Villa was very well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. The facilities and layout of the villa was excellent. The pool was a perfect size and was very well used during our stay. We had only one problem during our stay and as soon as we contacted Jackie she resolved the problem very very quickly which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for us, just a short car journey away from Coral Bay. Will definitely be back for another visit.

We really care that renters enjoy their stay and that the villa offers everything they need to enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Where possible we try and offer late check out and early entry to the villa if this is not pre-booked.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a sea view that could not be obscured (which in Cyprus with all the building work is very difficult) but also wanted the villa to be located close to all amenities but not at the heart of the noise of the town or on a road which was busy.

We parked on an escarpment picked a plot, gazed at the seaview and then had the villa built....quite a journey but think the results were worth it.

What makes this property unique

Lots of villas in Cyprus have agents that are not very good, pools are maintained only occassionally. We have a pool that is maintained twice per week, english speaking agents and maintenance assistance and gardens that are well cared for.
