This beautiful house offers three stories of well thought out living space. Sunny Days is large enough to contain your party of 12 guests, offering a large front patio, four bedrooms, four bathrooms, two decks, and even a large family room on the third floor.

The first floor has an open floor plan in the updated living room with a 65" flatscreen TV, a newly remodeled kitchen with new appliances, and a large dining area for enjoying your home-cooked meal. The neighborhood grilling area sits right behind the house for fun, easy grilling. The first floor also has a full bathroom and laundry room.

The second floor offers a primary bedroom and second bedroom each with their own walk-in closets. The primary bathroom offers a large shower and a relaxing jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has its own on-suite full bathroom. On this floor, you will also have one of the two spacious balconies, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning with the wonderful Florida weather.

On the third floor, you will find both the third bedroom (with a walk-in closet) and fourth bedroom (with bunk bed and an additional trundle bed), as well as a spacious family room with a second 65" flatscreen TV. In case you are traveling with a party or have a large family, this is a perfect second entertainment area. This floor, like the second, also contains a large balcony and the fourth full bathroom.

The 2,321 square foot home would not be complete without some amazing amenities. Not only can you enjoy your evenings with a family barbeque in the neighborhood grilling area, but you are also only 180 yards away from the stunning crystal water beaches of Miramar Beach. When you are finished with the beach, there is a 3,000 square foot community pool and spa right behind the back of the property that makes it feel like your very own.

There is always something to do in Destin and Sunny Days is the perfect place for your next coastal getaway.

Family vacation

We have gone on vacation with our neighbors for 5 years now over fall break. We have always stayed at a condo in Beach Retreat or a house in Cottage Retreat. This house was by far the best layout and cleanest for our two families. With 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 2 to 16 it’s hard to find something that fits everyone. But we finally found it. Will definitely try to book this house again next year once we know when fall break is.

First Miramar visit

Property was just as described. Perfect for our family. However, the 4th bedroom on 3rd floor was small and the bunk bed squeaked. We had young adult and teenager to share that room. Son said the couch was more comfortable. Was not a bad walk to beach access. The pool was too hot to enjoy on those hot July days. We did not use. My 1 complaint is the codes for access to neighborhood and beach. Too many codes to remember. I understand safety/privacy reasons for them would be nice if some kind of scannable bracelets or something. Overall, loved our visit

Our Stay

This property was beautifully decorated, very spacious and super clean. The neighborhood was in the perfect location. Short walk to the beach, pool right behind house but was not super noisy. I would highly recommend this house and area in Miramar for a beach vacation stay.
