The apartment is part of a small complex, situated in a peaceful spot. It has free wifi and sky TV. It is comfortable and spacious, and there is also a private roof terrace, with use of the 8 seater hot spa and fantastic views of Polis bay. There is a parking space and lift. It is 5 minutes walk away to the cypriot restaurants clustered round Polis town square. In the opposite direction, it is 5 minutes walk to the charming Polis beach, which is fringed by a eucalyptus trees. The fishing village of Latchi, famous for its fish taverns, is a few minutes drive or 20 minutes walk along the beachfront promenade. Latchi is also a water sports centre with scuba diving, power boating, sailing, and boat trips leaving from the marina. A few minutes further down the coast is the Akamas peninsula, a nature reserve with scenic walking trails, and the Baths of Aphrodite.

Nice Property for those wanting sea views and beach walks
The property is situated on the edge of Polis, so walking distance to the village and it's pubs and eating establishments, also a short walk from the beach. Would sleep 4-6, rooms a good size and with sea views to be recommended.
The ramp down to the parking area takes skill to negotiate and the parking spaces are extremely tight.
We were happy with the apartment fittings and decoration, however the recent bad weather has led to some areas of damp.

Quiet location but ideally placed for easy access to town and beach.
Spacious apartment. Spotlessly clean. Being north facing probably more suited for seasons other than winter when we found it very cold inside with never benefitting from any heat from the sun.
Apart from being cold a nice apartment in a good location.
It is good to hear you enjoyed staying at the apartment and the location. It can be chilly in Cyprus at night from Mid November through to March. There is heating via reversing the air conditioning units, a portable oil radiator and a towel rail in the bathroom. We also provide hot water bottles & rugs.

Excellent apartment in ideal location
2nd floor two bed apartment in block of 8 apartments. Another similar building in the complex. Lift in the building. Well equipped with nice quality furniture and fitments. Sea views from living room and front bedroom. Balconies to living room and two bedrooms. Air con units to all living areas. Spacious accommodation. Private covered parking bay. Communial pool which was in the shade from mid afternoon onwards when we visited (September). Hot tub is located on private terrace on the roof. 5 minutes or so walk into town centre and about 10 minute walk to the beach. Towels, including beach towels were provided. All in all a lovely stay. Very nice apartment. 5-10 min walk to the village centre with good selection of restaurants, and then 10-15 min walk to local beach which was quiet with a mix of sand/pebbles. Shame the roof top facilities aren't at the same level as the apartment and the pool is a little uninviting as there are no loungers or parasols , so you have to carry sunbeds from the roof to the pool. Roof is floor 3, lift goes to floor 2. Oh, but don't bring a car bigger than a small family hatch back, as the parking space is pretty tight and required a various point manoeuvre in a Kia Rio to park and exit.
We had a couple of small problems, but a call to the local property manager had them sorted and responded to, very quickly, would highly recommend.
We're pleased you enjoyed your stay. It is worth mentioning that larger vehicles can be parked at the side of the apartments or just outside on the road.
It is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment to the nearest beach. Polis beach is 5 minutes walk away. Latchi marina and beach are 20 minutes walk/a few minutes drive. There are also numerous secluded beaches along the coast. There is a comprehensive information pack in the apartment, covering activities, restaurants, sight-seeing, public transport. There is a large supermarket (papantoniou) which stocks a wide range of groceries and vegetables.
Paphos airport is about 45 minutes drive away. A car is not essential, but is recommended if you wish to explore the area fully. We are happy to advise on pre booked airport taxi transfers or car hire.
Polis town square is about 5 minutes walk away.
Latchi fishing village is a few minutes drive away.
The Akamas peninsula and Baths of Aphrodite are about 10 minutes drive away
Paphos is a 40 minute drive away.
There is a large supermarket in Polis, about 2 minutes drive/ 10 minute walk from the apartment.
Plentiful cypriot restaurants in Polis, and fishing taverns in Latchi.
Diving, sailing, powerboating, snorkelling, boat trips, horse riding, walking, Akamas jeep safari's are some of the activities available locally.
