This stunning townhouse is situated in the heart of Los Cristianos, at just a few minutes walk to the beach, town centre and port. The property is ideal for family holidays with children or grandchildren. The property overlooks the complex swimming pool, with terraces both back and front of the house, in addition there is a roof terrace with jacuzzi where you can relax in the warmth of the all year round Tenerife sunshine. Within easy walking distance you will find everything you will need to ensure your holiday is one to remember i.e. Supermarkets, restaurants, sports & entertainment bars and the beach.

The villa cannot be rented for stags, hens and to young people (under 25) as the community comprises of people of all ages who also like to sleep.

Lovely house with noisy dogs!!

The house itself is lovely. It’s a very large property with plenty of space for everyone. The house is very well presented with everything you need. The communal areas are very well kept and the pool looks lovely however it was freezing & could do with pool heating. The roof top hot tub was a lovely touch. The house would benefit for a few paper bins and defiantly bathroom bins. It would also benefit from bedside tables in bedroom 2 & 3. The only problem (which was a big problem) were the neighbours 2 dogs who are left out side all night and bark constantly. In addition we couldn’t use the back terrace due to the smell from the dogs. It is a real shame as if it wasn’t for that I would defiantly book again. The property managers are lovely and have tried all they can to sort it out but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done. If the dogs move out I would defiantly book again. In addition I would defiantly use Lupain who own the property to book other trips or maybe a long time stay 😜

Wir ein paar hatten aufgrund der Bewertung das Haus gebucht, einchecken ging so Josuha ein junger Mann hat uns das Haus gezeigt er war stolz auf die Wohnzimmer Möbel sie seien aus London und 30 Jahre alt so sahen sie auch aus. Küche : Auf die Frage wo ist eine Kaffeemaschine gibt es keine,also eine gekauft geht so nicht gehört für mich dazu ,ich bin in Deutschland Gastwirt und Koch und reisen seit Jahren auf die Kanaren aber so eine Küchenausstattung hatte ich noch nie erlebt 6 Teller 6 kleine Salat oder Suppenschüssel 6 Messer zum schneiden nicht geeignet 6 Gabeln 3 Kaffeelöffel 1 Topf 1 kleine Pfanne 3 Gläser FERTIG wie soll man da für 6 Personen kochen. Schlafzimmer in 2 Zimmern keine Nachttische keine möglichkeit Uhr,Buch ,Getränke usw. abzustellen. Wifi nur in Wohnzimmer wenn ich mit Kinder reisen keine möglichkeit im Zimmer zu surfen. Es war sehr heiß diese Woche Ventilator nichts. Im Haus war ein zugang zur Tiefgarage darf man nicht benutzen ,Straße parken glückssache,mußten den Einkauf manchmal 200 Meter schleppen Das Haus ist ein Reihenhaus links wohnte eine spanische Familie mit 2 Hunden bellten von 6 morgens bis 10 Uhr nachts,rechtes Haus wurde umgebaut Handwerker von 8-18 Uhr hämmern sägen ,bohren wir konnten die Terrassen kein einziges mal benutzen, Kaution wir haben das Haus sauberer verlassen bis jetzt keine zurück. E-Mails ,Nachrichten werden nicht beantwortet Fazit nie mehr ,der Urlaub war umsonst.

Super appartement, très spacieux

Réception impeccable de Steven, avec boissons dans le frigo. Il est un peu limité en matériel de cuisine mais ça convient. L'appartement en lui-même est impeccable. Beaucoup d'espace avec ses 3 chambres, 2 SdB, 2 toilettes un grand salon. Nous avons apprécié les terrasses opposées + le balcon au 2° étage avec le jacuzzi. Facile pour se garer dans la rue. La piscine également un plus juste au pied. Avec nos enfants nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement qui n'est pas loin de toutes les commodités.

Well maintained and fantastic location

Our stay was wonderful. The villa was lovely .the location was near to everything.the only downside was the pool was so cold so couldn't use it .but it didn't take away the wonderful time we had .

Lovely spacial appartement with mode interior and decorations in nice and quite neighborhood.

The appartement was super, nice and quiet, spacial and super clean. It was big with room enough for families. It was cool without aircondition (nice without the noise from the air conditioner). The view was great and the neighborhood was great but only a few restaurants. The supermarket was close with good quality food. We had a lovely time here with only a few suggestions for improvement like slat and peber, soap for dish washing and wipe up clothes should be standard inventory for renting out a flat like toilet paper, towels and tea towels. The singlebeds, though could use a replacement and there was no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms. Great with more than one bathroom.

A sound investment in a very good location and there are very few 3 bed in Los Cristianos area.

What makes this property unique

This area is close to supermarkets and also El Mirador where there is number of entertainment bars and restaurants. The local bus stop taking you to Las Americas or Santa Cruz is just outside the front door.
