About this property

Vila Thalassini is the only house literally on the tranquil Memi beach in the Koroni area, sitting on a 4-acre garden and with the absolute view of the endless blue of the horizon.
This is a house that is built by hand with love, respect for the environment and elegance.
The mattresses are new and of excellent quality.
The bathroom fixtures and tiles are very unique and beautiful.
The furniture and beds are handmade by Vasily with walnut wood.
The kitchen cabinets are handmade too with oak wood and the kitchenware, dishes, cutlery, glasses are renewed often.
The views of the Mediterranean sea and the nearby rolling hills are stunning.
The garden is clean and well kept by us, with a mix of tropical plants, Mediterranean shrubs, and fruit trees.
We only rent the house for the enjoyment of your holidays. We are not professionals.
We live on the ground floor whenever we are in the area, very quietly. If you would like the whole house to yourself, please let me know.

Villa Fantastica sul mare

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni tra fine dicembre e inizio gennaio 2023 in questa bellissima viletta. Posso solo dire che è stata una vacanza bellissima. La villa è sul mare e così abbiamo passeggiato sulla spiaggia e fatto il bagno , abbiamo fatto colazione e pranzo nel terrazzo fronte mare con il sole davanti agli occhi. La sua tranquillità ed il silenzio attorno alla villa sono assolutamente unici. Gli Host sono gentilissimi e disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie Kiki. Ciao a presto. Ruhiger Urlaub am Meer

Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit einem besonders gepflegten Garten am Meer. Die Holzmöbeln sin kleine Kunstwerke und die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Die Besitzer sind besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren um einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Fantastic!

We had a great time. The house is spacious and comfortable. The view is breathtaking. What a luxury to walk up the beach through the garden. Kiki and her husband ware very friendly and welcoming. We have received many tips for outings and good food in the arena. Thanks a lot Kiki!

I am Kiki and I was born in Koroni, I spent all my childhood years in this area. As a child I used to study and look at the beautiful blue sea as a way to travel around the world. After graduating from high school I went to the USA at Temple University in Philadelphia to get an education. It was also the place where I met my husband. In 2000 my husband and my children decided to build this house to bond them together. A lot of personal work and care has been taken to every part of the house. From the hand made roof, floor, house walls to the hand made sofa and chairs. Almost everything is custom made and with a lot of love. We always appreciate having guests over at our home. Greek hospitality is not just a saying where I come from, its an act of the heart.

Why they chose this property

The land has been given by my father as my wedding gift! It used to be a land of agriculture. A place where I spent a lot of my childhood years. The sea is right next to the property. Just sitting on the balcony and watching at the sea is enough to re-energize the being.

What makes this property unique

The house is surrounded by a lovely garden that is constantly been taken care by my husband. A variety of trees and plants are placed around the land. The beach is right at the end of the property. Just a few steps away and you can feel the sand between your feet. Whether its winter or summer, a walk on the beach can clean up the mind clutter and open new possibilities. The sea is amazingly clean and a swim will revitalize you.
