A Stunning 3 storey air-conditioned detached villa in a lovely quiet rural valley but only a 10min drive from Belek. The villa has 2 double bedrooms each with large en-suite (master with jacuzzi bath) and south-facing balconies. A wc on the ground floor, open plan main living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with patio doors leading out onto the south-facing patio and landscaped gardens.

Peaceful and spacious

If you are able to drive and looking for a stay in a quiet area (but within easy reach of the beaches and sights), this is the place to stay. The rooms, gardens and balconies are very spacious, tidy and clean. The complex is small and surrounded with barren land. No noises from traffic, bars, restaurants and nightclubs. The fantastic sites (archeological and modern) are within easy reach. Lots of street markets where you can buy your fresh goods and supermarkets for water, beer etc. Paul is very easy to reach and responds to any queries promptly.

C est dommage la tv trop petit on le salon pas agréable le canapé pas confortable la maison n est pas agréable c est juste pour dormir les chambres spacieuses avec climatisation règle à 22 degré pas de télécommande dommage aussi la piscine nettoyé à 10h 30 pas possible d y aller à 9 h par exemple la pression des douche faible grosse fuite d eaux par le toit le jardinier a sa maison juste devant la piscine aucune intimité il passe la tondeuse à 16 h alors qu on était à la piscine pour ce détendre bref ce qui ma beaucoup gêné c est que le salon pas assez confortable et surtout pas de matériel pour nettoyer le sol j ai des vidéos quand le jardinier pas la tondeuse alors qu il avait toute la journée pour le faire c est dommage 😔

Mostly everything was good and we got treated very well. The Gardener was nice and he helped us a lot, so that was really nice. The only issue was that the place was a little bit far away from the city and you will have to use a lot of money on transportation. But other than that It was a nice stay Regards Mona

Entspannung Ruhe

Wir hatten hier in Serik einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Die Villa ist gepflegt und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Unser Sohn hat sich über die Playstation sehr gefreut. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Umgebung sehr ruhig. Was uns sehr gestört hat war das es enorme Probleme mit dem Internet gab (WLAN). Dies war so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden. Da ich auch im Urlaub arbeiten musste war es nicht sehr erfreulich. Wenn das Problem mit dem WLAN behoben werden könnte wäre es suuper. Wir würden diese Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen DANK

We are all sun lovers and chose to purchase a property on the Turkish Mediterranean due to its fantastic climate and variation of things to do and see in the area.

What makes this property unique

The Villa offers something very different from other villa complexes. Its not located in a highly built up area. It is set in a low lying peaceful valley with little to distract you as you lounge about by the villa or pool. There are only 10 villas so you wont find yourself fighting for space at the generous 4m x 8m shared pool. In fact, depending on other villa occupancy you may well have the place to yourself! The villas are new and finished to a very high standard with marble and tile throughout. All mods cons are provided and its peaceful seclusion will be the one thing you truly enjoy during your stay.
