About this property

Three storey villa boasting a roof terrace with fantastic views over the nearby beach and mountains. Ground floor consists of a lounge, with wifi and cable tv, and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a walk in shower room and wc. First floor consists of two bedrooms, 1 en-suite, plus family bathroom and terrace area. Air-conditioning units are fitted in all rooms and can be used for a small daily charge of 8 euros or 50 euros per week. Outside patios around the pool area and grassed lawn and fruit trees.

Haus wurde am Vortag der Anreise storniert.

Leider kann ich das Haus überhaupt nicht bewerten, denn der Gastgeber hat das Haus am Vortag der Anreise storniert. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern auf Reisen, was das ganze umso ärgerlicher gemacht hat. Wir haben bis jetzt auch nicht den gesamten Betrag erstattet bekommen.

Lovely villa just a shade too remote

The villa was perfect for our stay with the exception of it's location. A hire car is essential with the nearest resort being Polis/Latchi and a good 20 minute drive away. Restaurants and supermarkets were mainly here as well. Villa can be a little tricky to find in the dark but we succeeded with only one false wrong turn. Lynne the local property manager was lovely and responded quite quickly to our one issue -couldn't get the w/machine to go. We had a lovely relaxing holiday but due to distances didn't go to some of the areas we had originally intended. Temperatures in Cyprus at this time are great (we did have a couple of days of thunderstorms) but the pool is a little bracing. When we went swimming at the Blue Lagoon discovered that the sea was much warmer. All in all a great value villa to chill. In hindsight we probably should have done a 2 centre holiday so that we could more easily get to do some more sightseeing.

Fijne Prive lacatie

Wij waren in deze Villa eerste 2 wk September 2022 Het huis ligt op een rustige locatie en (nog) lekker privé omdat de Vila ernaast leeg staat en een 3e nog gebouwd moet worden. Het huis heeft een heerlijk schoon zwembad en is verder van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel hebben de bedden een update nodig, erg hard slapen op een plank bodem met hard matras dus totaal geen comfort. Vriendelijke verhuurder en de housekeeper zeer behulpzaam. Opmerking- bijkomende kosten staan nergens vermeld op de website, zou wel een melding moeten staan dat er bijkomende kosten zijn van 50eu per Airco per week. Fijn verblijf gehad met heerlijk weer.

Traumhafter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Lage traumhaft! Für Ruhesuchende perfekt! Der Garten mit den Palmen ist so schön! Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht! Wir sind sehr wehmütig abgereist! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Einzigster Minuspunkt, die Hecke versperrt den Meerblick, der eigentlich vom Garten aus gegeben wäre!

Lovely villa very close to the coast

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, the villa was clean and well equipped, the garden area is large and the pool was lovely, plenty of garden furniture/ sun beds and shaded outside areas for when it’s very hot. This area of cyprus is quiet but still have lovely restaurants , supermarkets, beaches within 5 mins drive.
