Outside: The villa stands on a 2000 m² plot and is hedged to provide privacy. The garden has sweeping lawns with many flowering shrubs, fig and almond trees. Sun beds, modern shades and garden furniture. Beautiful landscaped gardens with 9 x 4m swimming pool (heated optional), an outside traditional Portuguese barbecue with a gas poker for easy lighting and sun loungers for pool side relaxing. There are three outside dining areas all with quality furniture seating eight people and all are covered by shade sails to keep out the harmful rays of the sun whilst still allowing you to tan below them. Utility Room: Functional utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh linen and towels are provided, cleaning/maid service three days a week, pool/beach towels provided.
