This house is truly a tropical paradise. Can you imagine a gentle breeze and brilliant red sunset every evening? You can see over 75 palm trees from the solarium in the house which overlooks the 90-foot seawall! By the way,if you arrive by boat, the water depth is over 10 feet deep at the seawall, and the trip to Seven-mile bridge is only four miles away by water.

Visit the several waterfront restaurants, take a dip in the private pool, or just relax in the sun...there is so much to do, or nothing to do at all in this secluded setting.You can catch shark, grouper, lobster, and mangrove snapper right in the back yard, or for those who do not fish, swim or kayak to the mangroves across the inlet. This vacation home is a must-see, it offers a vacation that you will truly cherish!!

Most visitors fly to Miami and rent a car to drive the 115 miles. Directions: US 1 to Mile Marker 51, turn right on first right past the Marathon Airport (Aviation Boulevard). Go 2 miles, turn left on Mango, take third right (Alynn Place). Welcome to Paradise!

Incredible View

The view from the house is stunning. The property manager and I stayed in touch by text. They were very responsive; very good people. The house and grounds were very clean. It's nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, etc. in the kitchen. Lots of linens. The sunroom and balcony are both in a perfect spot to enjoy both morning coffee and see the sunset.

Our favorite place in Marathon

Our family loves this house. This was our 2nd stay here. The view is amazing and there is plenty of room for our boat. The house has everything we need. We can’t wait to stay here again. Plenty of room for a family of 6 to spread out.

Exceeded Expectations

The pictures really don’t do this place justice. The property and experience exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The property was clean, well supplied, and convenient to everything. Cindy was amazing to communicate with and very helpful. Manatees were in the lagoon in front of the house pretty much all of the time and we saw several sea turtles as well. One of our boys caught a tarpon on a kayak and several of the neighbors were cheering for him as he fought the fish. I doubt he will ever forget that experience. Our other son caught a big nurse shark off of the dock. We caught countless mangrove snapper, a few small barracuda, and a bonnet head shark from the dock as well. We brought our boat and the sea wall is set up well for docking. I was never worried about the boat while docked. The public landing is just around the corner and there is plenty of room for parking a trailer on the property. Thank you Cindy for offering your property and allowing us to experience this wonderful place!

Stunning Views

Overall the property was great. The views from the upper and lower decks was beautiful. There were plenty of outside chairs in the event friends dropped by. Looking into the water you could usually spot sea turtles swimming around. The area around the pool was buffered by plants & trees which made it very private. The main downside was the pool wasn't heated. There were a few cool nights that made it impossible to use the pool. Additionally there were no beach towels provided, but plenty of bath towels. All in all, great stay and we go to the Keys to enjoy the outdoors which this house delivered.

Beautiful home perfect for boaters

Check in was easy. We brought our boat, there is a boat ramp right down the street and plenty of room to park a trailer. The dock was just perfect. P.s. my husband caught a tarpon right in the bay off the dock. It was so exciting. The house was perfect for us, spacious and relaxing. The windowed wall that looked out to the bay was so relaxing to look out at the wonders of nature while having coffee. We brought our food and clothes and needed nothing else. The house has most things anyone would need. The downstairs mini apartment worked great for my brother in law. He had privacy but a a few steps upstairs and he was part of the group. Worked perfectly. There is a wonderful jet pool and even a bait freezer. What more could you ask for, as avid boater this is an ideal location and home. When we come back, we would not hesitate to come back to this little piece of paradise. Thanks for all the memories
