This apartment is on a beautifully maintained complex. The pools are lovely and the pool nearest to the apartment is literally 20 seconds away! The actual apartment is fabulous with stunning views from the fantastic balcony. We enjoyed playing cards, sipping cava and admiring the view! We had a problem when were there and it was dealt with very quickly and effectively - both by Louise and Mark. This is a fabulous apartment in a beautiful location that I would highly recommend.

A lovely break
The apartment was spacious and clean and the balcony was wonderful including the shade. As we weren't in school holidays the pool was pretty quiet although there weren't enough sun loungers by the pool at the weekend when it was busier. We enjoyed the location for visiting Estepona and Benahavis. All in all a perfect stay we will be back!

Week away with friends
This is the 4th time we have stayed at Mark's Apartment. Booking with Mark couldn't be easier and communication is great.
The Apartment is really a home from home, it's so comfortable and has everything you could need.
This time we visited with 2 other couples, The Balconies are a great place for a G&T and sit with friends until the early hours!
The pool and surrounding areas are great with plenty of sun beds.
The local Supermarket has everything and more and is within 5 minutes walk.
We made several visits to Benhavis (about 10 mins in a car or 12 Euros by Taxi) where the Restaurants are superb.

spacious quality apartment with amazing views
This is a really good quality apartment equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday. The wrap around terraces give an amazing view of mountains and coast with Gibraltar on the horizon and gives all day sunshine. Lots of shaded areas too for when it got too hot. The garden grounds of the complex are a delight. The apartment is well placed, only 50 minutes from the airport and close to lots of lovely beaches and restaurants. Even the supermarket is within walking distance.
I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and will be likely to book it again in the future.

Benatalaya is 5 minutes drive from the beaches of San Pedro, Estepona and 10 minuties drive to Puerto Banus. On this coast there is something for eveyyone -families, couples, groups of friends and golfers. It has been developed specifically for tourism. Sierra Nevada, the Andalucian Lakes and numerous national parks are all within 2 hours drive from the Costa del Sol providing unspoiled dramatic scenery and the ultimate in recreational activities, perfect for those who like walking and hihiking.
Fly into Malaga International or Gibraltar Airport. There is so much to offer in this area that a car is highly recommended. Malaga Airport is one of the busiest airports in Europe, all budget airlines fly to this region of Spain.
Benatalaya is a 3km drive inland, along the Guadalmina River (A-7475 Benahavis road) from the N340/A7 coast road near San Pedro. Airport: Malaga/Gibraltar 65km. Railway: Marbella 10km. Ferry: Puerto Banus 8km.
There is a large Mercandona supermarket a minutes walk form the apartment. It is 5 minutes drive to Benahavis and San Pedro which are typically Spanish towns with lots of lovely restaurants, bodegas, shops etc. The famous Marina at Puerto Banus and cosmopolitan Marbella with its cobbled streets and Orange Square are within a 10 minute drive. Beautiful Ronda nestling amongst the Sierra Blanca mountains with the oldest Bullring in Spain is reached easily within 50 minutes.
The Costa del Sol remains the best loved holiday destination and is the most southerly coast of Spain. This is where the unspoiled farming and vineyard mountain regions meet bustling cities and marinas, secluded coves and beachfront promenades. We live in West London & have 2 young children. We bought the property as much for them as us & intend to spend as much time as possible there enjoying the Sunshine! However given the restrictions of school holidays it does sees a shame to leave it empty for so much of the year & feel it makes sense to offer it out for rental.

We loved the fact that the penthouse has such fabulous views across the countryside & across to Gibraltar. The location is fantastic being close to Marbella, Puerto Banus & Estepona, not forgetting the gastronomic village of Benahavis. We have several friends who own properties within a few miles of ours.

It is in a great location close to all amenities yet quiet enough to be able to relax away from the stresses of the outside world. The views really are spectacular!
