This fabulous villa is in a quiet residential road, but just a few minutes away from the main Coral Bay resort and beautiful beach. The villa has a large kitchen, dining room and living area on the ground floor along with a guest WC. Upstairs has three good size bedrooms, one en suite and a family bathroom, the villa has great sea views from the upstairs balconies. The villa also offers a large private mature landscaped garden and has a private pool. Outside lounge furniture on terrace fully enclosed from the pool so safe with children. The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

Villa ok.on arrival pool very unclean detritus at bottom of pool and yellow tide mark around pool.sunbed cushions very unclean. Was told to cover sunbed with a towel so they knew they were unclean.HYGIENE a very big problem,had to go to supermarket to buy disinfectant products and scrub clean sunbed cushions.text owners (phoned but would not answer) he came round next day.the bad thing about this is not even an apology as if was ok.He ask have you gone and bought new sunbed cushions.you need to listen to customer reviews and not brush them aside,and then blame it on the customer HYGIENE!!

Comfortable stay

The property was good. Beds were comfy and the outside seating area was lovely for the evening. Some parts are in need of alittle TLC and kitchen needs better equipment but overall stay was very pleasant. I would say a car is required unless your happy to walk 10-15 to shops etc

We had a fantastic holiday staying at Villa Grace, we wouldn’t hesitate at booking again. It’s a great base for getting out and about if you have a car.

Amazing Villa

Excellent Villa, large spacious Villa with all amenities, private garden with large pool, excellent hosts leaving us welcome pack on arrival Thankyou ! Great location highly recommend! One of the best villa’s we have stayed in ! The only thing missing in the villa was a full length mirror! But a minor issue! Thankyou again to Lisa & Felix

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

Why they chose this property

This villa is pretty unique being on a such a large private plot, the gardens are gorgeous and well looked after, kidney shaped pool with roman steps, outside covered lounge area with railings so no immediate pool access with young children and sea views from the first floor balcony. The villa itself is very large with a separate kitchen, all this within an easy walk to the beaches and amenities
