3 Bed with 2 Bathrooms. The grounds to the property are truly stunning and have to be seen to be truly appreciated. They boast a variety of different aspects, from a secured gated private pool to a covered naya complete with outside kitchen perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining. There is even a romantic palm lined walkway surrounding the finca that is lit at night creating a perfect Mediterranean ambience. This impressive property is very child friendly and would be perfect for either an extended family or a group of friends searching for a relaxing holiday in an astonishing location that offers everything you could possibly desire for a luxurious holiday.

We have a Cat called Bonnie who sleeps in the outside utility room.

This is the best villa my husband and I have ever stayed at.We wanted something special for our 40th Anniversary and took the family.So spacious and roomy and totally private.We were so happy and proud to have taken our family there.The scenery is outstanding.We all had a wonderfull time even with our grand-daughter with her boyfriend in tow.

This is the best place we have ever stayed.It can only be described as beautiful.Its huge!Its grand!fabulous,truly fabulous.The whole area is breath taking and tranquil.We have booked again next May.(Aug2011

Outside: The property is situated on a magnificent 4 acre flat plot of which there are only 2 houses.They are totally independant of each other.The house is private and the back cannot be overloooked by anyone.It is fully fenced and secured by double security gates and features a wonderful private (non shared) gated pool.The pool area can easily be locked and/or closed off to young children if desired. The landscaped gardens boast a Mediterranean style theme with a spectacular palm lined and lit pathway around the finca. The outside garden kitchen over looks the lawns and sunbathing areas, is perfect for al- fresco entertaining and dining and certainly has the WOW factor, it boasts an amazing kitchen/dining/setee area with gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, and a dining table that that seats up to 8-10 people. The gardens are perfect for children of all ages and there is even a private toy garden for the little ones. Mountain bikes and Table Tennis are provided FREE! Utility Room: Washing Machine Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: If you do not require a mid stay clean!There is no extra charge. However if you DO require mid cleans a charge of £50.00 is added for this service directly from the cleaners to yoursleves. It consists of All beds and laundry changed.All bathrooms cleaned Other: Outside garden kitchen,granite work tops, gas hob, electric oven+microwave, fridge freezer,dining table up to10 people. Stayed for 4 weeks and couldn't fault it. The villa was like a home from home and the grounds and pool were wonderful. No need to find outside activities, just spent the days and many evenings relaxing and unwinding in the gardens and round the pool. The outside kitchen and dining area was well utilised! WiFi enabled me to work from the villa. Tried out many of the local restaurants, none too far away, but you do need a car as nothing remotely within walking distance.

Villa clean and well furnished. House-keeper, pool guys and gardener all friendly and helpful.

Surrounded by almond groves and it was harvest time during our stay. Lovely to witness this, stilll using traditional methods.

Would definitely recommend and have already booked for another 4 week stay next year.

5* Fantastic villa, pool and garden area.

Well what can I say from the start with our initial contact with the owner Andrea, the communication was great and we had no problems 1 class. As for the villa it was just like moving home, it had everything you need and all to a high standard,wifi(important to the kids!!) satellite TVs,not that we watched any,dishwasher, washing machine, air con, very very well equipped kitchen, the beds were extremely comfy without a doubt the best we have been in on our villa holidays, the pool and the garden seating area was Fantastic clean and well maintained ( no fighting over sun beds !! ) in the heat of the day it was a blessing to have the large sofa seating and large parasol to relax under with a glass of wine. We bbq most nights and there are a number of supermarkets near by,we also eat out a couple of times also plenty restaurants within 10 mins drive.

Over all I would recommend this villa to anyone we were a family with grand parents with us , and we would certainly come back this is a 5* villa and thanks again to Jan the property manager, and Andrea as I said your communication was 100%.

Beautiful property with stunning views

Stayed here for 2 weeks and found it very relaxing. The property is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with loads of utensils. The garden was lovely to sit in and the rattan furniture and cushions very comfortable- we spent a lot of time relaxing and drinking there. We found lots of restaurants with the help of Andrea's house book that we could hop in the car too. thanks for the lovely stay.

Absolutely Fabulous Villa, outstanding views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa in Murla (June 2015).

The villa is spacious and excellently furnished with loads of areas to relax, chill and enjoy. The facilities are brilliant and it would be perfect for a group of adults (with or without kids).

The village of Murla is very small and quiet however there is a very friendly spanish bar which is within walking distance for a coffee in the morning or a G&T in the sun.

Plenty of good restaurants nearby:

The nearest being Nui Portet (Steaks etc, great for a more formal evening)

In Orba which is probably the nearest/largest place is only a 5-10 minute drive.

The restaurant that we thoroughly recommend here is Pizza Orba. Everything we ate here was of the highest quality and was very cheap too! (table for 4, starters, wine, cocktails, main course, coffee, liqueur etc = 60-70 Euros!!)

Well worth a visit (or two!)

In the centre of Orba you'll find a small square with a couple of bar/tapas cafes which are excellent too.

Slightly further away is Jalon (spelt Xalo locally) which also has plenty to see and do. lots of little cafes/bars and restaurants and we suggest you the Hallelujah bar (Casa Aleluya - opposite the tourist info centre). Great tapas, Spanish/family owned and managed.

The market in Jalon is on Saturdays until 2pm and is definitely worth a visit.

Further afield, there some great drive up the mountains where you'll find some excellent restaurants too.

Heading out of Orba towards Fleix you will find 'Caball Verde' (an excellent restaurant with outstanding views across the finca towards the see /Denia.

Heading out of Jalon towards Bernia, you will eventually come to a restaurant in the hills called Verde Vent. They open at 1pm and offer a 5 course meal including wine for only 18Euros! excellent food - perfect for sunday lunch!

To summarise, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in the villa, can certainly recommend to anyone and will certainly be back again soon.

beautiful villa in beautiful sertting

We have visited Palmera several times. The property is a Spanish farm house (Finca) very tastefully converted to a residential villa. The quality and condition of the property, its decorations, furnishings, facilities and garden are all excellent. This includes a superb swimming pool and numerous toys and space in the garden for youngsters ,should there be any. There is a lovely outside kitchen, sitting and eating area adjacent to the house just in the garden.

The area is quiet and unspoilt with friendly people. It is set in a tranquil valley with a few similar properties but at nearest at least 1/2 a mile away and yet Jalon, Benissa, Moraira and Denia are all within 10 to 30 minutes away. Altogether idyllic.

Without doubt the best villa in Murla

This is the second time we have stayed at this villa, and the reason is simple, it's the best villa to rent in the Murla area.

My family and I absolutely love the place, the views are out of this world, it's very spacious, clean and so well kitted out, there is everything you could possibly need to use in the kitchens.

The pool has even a lockable gate entrance on it to keep it safe from young children. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, bathrooms superb, I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for somewhere to spend quality holiday time in this region .This is the reason why we have booked to go again next year, so looking for to it..

The Costa Blanca is renowned for its white sandy blue flag beaches and several can be reached from the villa within 15 - 45 minutes drive. Calpe 15 mins. Denia 20 mins. Moraira 20 mins. Javea 30 mins. Altea 35 mins. Benidorm 45 mins.


Nearest airports are Alicante (70km) and Valencia (80km). Car hire or use of a car is essential. There are ample bikes for your use.


This luxurious estate is situated in the heart of the beautiful Jalon Valley that is quietly situated 20 minutes inland from Spain's Costa Blanca and offers some of the best scenery and climates that Spain has to offer. The Jalon valley is a spectacular and unspoilt place with a magnificent backdrop of mountains which surround the plains of olive trees, orange groves, vineyards, raisins and almonds.

Further Details:

The area is full of natural beauty, traditional values and has a very hospitable nature. Just a few kilometres from the finca and guest house scattered throughout the valley are unspoilt villages including Alcalali, Lliber, Orba and Parcent with a choice of hundreds of bars and restaurants that offer both Spanish and International cuisine. The main town of Jalon is famous for its wine and produces in excess of 2.5 million litres a year, you can sample the Muscatel for which the area is famed as well as other wines at the local bodegas or better still accompanied with tapas at one of the local bars. The area offers a wealth of attractions including a large supermarket, hairdressers, bakeries, butchers, honey stores, beauty salons, newsagents and gift shops. The popular coastal resorts of Denia, Javea, Moraira and Calpe are just a 20 minute drive away whilst the bustling resort of Benidorm is some 45 minutes away.

Other places of interest in the area are A 5* paragliding school in Parcent village and paragliding from the mountain (Coll de rates), only a 15 minute drive from the villa. There is also the Donkey sanctuary in the mountains toward Bernia where one can offer support for the project by indulging in an incredible lunchtime feast with amazing views where all profits go towards the well being of the donkeys and of course the famous mountain spring and walks on the Serra Bernia, only 15 minutes drive away. Around 50 minutes drive away are the famous theme parks of Benidorm, including Terra Mitica, Terra Natura, and Aqualandia Water Park & Wild Life Park. Historic Guadalest and the famous water pools and waterfalls are just 30 mins drive away. The area around the villa is particularly good for walkers/hikers, cycling, bird watching and sight seeing. In addition to the Paragliding, there is Quad Biking, Go Karting and an Outdoor Pursuits Centre.

Booking Notes:
On booking, a non-returnable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure your holiday. The remaining 75% of the balance is due 60days prior to arrival.
A security fee of £300 is also payable on your final balance. It will be refunded to you at the end of the holiday rental period by bank transfer. This security fee is to cover any damage to the property or its contents/fixtures and fittings or excessive cleaning after your departure.

Changeover Day:
Saturday change over day preferred.
However, out of season we are flexible.

Notes on prices:
For people above 6 staying we have to add an extra £100.00 per week per person, for extra bed hire plus laundry charges.
