• Notes on accommodation: The villa has its own garage and is situated on a very quiet road tarmacced until just beyond the villa. After the tarmac it becomes a track road leading across the mountains to the picturesque village of Karmi / Karaman. As a result there is very little traffic but walkers may pass. As the villa is set well above the road the pool area and other terraces are not overlooked by walkers or drivers. We have tried to make the villa as comfortable as possible and have a high proportion of guests returning. We provide a welcome pack. Where possible we try to use local products such as bread baked in traditional ovens in Ilgaz village, eggs from the village and locally grown and produced olives and olive oil. Outside: The villa is surrounded by terraces and by a well tended mature garden. The pool is 8m by 4m and is an infinity pool overflowing over tiles on one side allowing you to look straight across the water to the views beyond. there is a large pool terrace with wooden sunbeds and a large parasol. The pool has underwater lighting should you wish to swim in the evenings. The pool is on a lower level to the villa. The terrace above has a large marble topped table and a built in BBQ. Part of the terrace has a bamboo covering to provide shade in summer. For the more adventurous (and patient) chef there are also three kleftico ovens. The gardens have numerous and varied plants including bougainvillea, jasmines, roses, an almond tree and a carob tree. The view from the main terrace goes down to the sea and up to the mountains more than 180 degrees. Utility Room: Washing machine situated in a cupboard in the hallway. Washing powder provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: 100% cotton sheets and towels provided, changed weekly or more frequently by request. Property cleaned thoroughly between guests. Pool towels provided. Gardens and pool maintained throughout the year.
