About this property

A beautiful house in a small community with shared heated pools, the property is directly next to the main pool so you will be able to keep an eye on your kids whilst sunbathing on our terrace. The community is very child safe as it has locking gates at each of the entry points. 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms (sleeps 6) ideal for a relaxing holiday. Wonderful restaurants within easy walking distance, lots of golf courses within 30 minute drive and the beach 10 minutes away. Supermarkets within walking distance. Other local attractions nearby are the water parks, the beautiful zoo, theme parks and local markets. Cleaning charge of €80 payable direct in Spain.

Golf trip

Lovely property, clean and tidy. No more than 25 minutes to all the golf courses we played, ideal location and only 40 minutes to Alicante airport.

Return visit

This was our second stay here and will definitely not be our last. The villa is equipped with everything you could need, including a beach bag & cool box, which came in very handy! There are also sunbeds and pool noodles, so you really don’t need much more. The location is perfect and you can easily entertain yourself staying local, or head to Torrevieja for the day/night market. We also did Guardamar both for beach days & the night market/fun fair which was fab. The sunbeds (2) and parasol are €15 for the day and the parking by meter is €3.40 for 4 hours. We stayed longer and just popped back to top up. The community is small and very friendly and Peter, the President, was lovely. There’s a place called Mulberrys/Pizza Express, that deliver from Quesada, and their food was amazing. We left a menu in the folder and you just send them a WhatsApp to order. Also highly recommend Antica. We cannot wait to go back!

Great Base For Exploring The Area

We're just back from a great stay at the house. It suited our needs perfectly. Great location, walking distance to the main street as well as other bars and restaurants closer. Supermarkets nearby. Plenty of space for our party of five. The pool, which is immaculate, was literally steps away. Most of the time we were the only people in there, however the other neighbours were really friendly and gave is lots of tips for good meals out which was nice. The listing is really accurate and it is excellent value. Would definitely return if in the area.
